We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was really good as well. They had the funnest Texas shaped waffles. It’s extremely close to the airport so you will hear a few planes, but even our air conditioner drowned out the sound, so it wasn’t bad at all. The shuttle was so easy and they were so flexible. 10 out of 10 would recommend.Rooms: The rooms are extremely cleanNearby activities: This hotel was only 15 minutes from downtown Dallas.Safety: It was very well lit, and a great safe hotel.Food & drinks: There’s several restaurants, including a Denny’s within a few minute walking distance.

If you need an affordable room with a comfortable bed, and a helpful staff, then I recommend this Quality Inn.

Location was great since it's close to the airport. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was very small. Beds were pretty comfortable

The rooms are really old and do not smell good at all. Was gonna stay anyway because the price was cheap. After a night my 3 year old daughter got REALLY bitten up by what seems to be bed bugs. This place is a health hazard and needs closed down immediately. The floors are coming up, there was dead bugs in the shower, just an all around unsanitary place to stay

You get what you pay for. Cheap room and bad customer service. The pictures are very deceptive. The rooms are not as nice in the pictures. The walls are peeling and the whole hotel smells wet like it has water damage. The fridge smells, the microwave smells, seems the entire building needs an update. The guys at front desk are not very pleasant to talk with. Definitely cheap but wouldn’t recommend bringing kids or family

Great bargain place to be and near good food - Ahaaa Indian is 9 minutes away.Checkin is efficient. This is an older building, and you can tell in the hallways, but I’m not sleeping in a hallway, ha ha!Elevator is small and fast.Third floor hallway is narrow and smells of cooking, but my room is 100% renovated, scent free, and tidily furnished. Comfortable bed (as always) clean, bright white, soft linens and blankets. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Fridge and microwave in cabinet housing nice big flat screen tv. New (or newish!) side tables, headboards, desk, chair, and television stand as well.I don’t eat the breakfast here usually. I grab a cup of their good coffee I’ve heard it’s a true continental breakfast, dress it with cream and sugar, and I’m off to the races. I understand it’s a true continental breakfast- pastries and maybe biscuits with gravy, along with juices. Denny’s is across the way if you need something more substantial. One transportation van is old and big; the other is new and small. Both work fine and still have seatbelts available. Driver can drop you off at any concourse you need.Rooms: I stay here relatively regularly. The rooms are decently renovated…. no frills, but you feel like you’re in a nice, clean, quiet space. The rooms I’ve been assigned over the years are small with a King size bed. I think a double full or double queen room, if available, would be a tight squeeze for more than two people in the room.Nearby activities: Convenient to the airport. Restaurants and a gas station are nearby.Safety: I feel safe traveling alone to this hotel on a regular basis. I feel safe walking to and from local restaurants by myself day and night.Walkability: There are a good handful of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Just be sure to look both ways before crossing the big road, and you’ll be fine. If you cross a meadow, be watchful of any holes and divots. Im not afraid of being attacked by people around here.

My go to hotel when I fly from DFW. They have a shuttle that take you and picks you up at the airport. Super fast service dropping you off at your terminal. I also leave my vehicle for a fee of $8 a day.

Booked this room for one night due to flight leaving DFW at 7:00 am.Decent accommodations, only drawback was the sound of flight landing up until midnight. Made for a restless 4.5 hours of sleep to get up and drive rental car to airport. Overall it's an airport hotel so be ready for

Normally my go to place to stay but started off with wanting company authorization for a company debit card and never asked the 7+ times before then there was roaches in my room, water leaking from the hallway ceiling, breakfast is a joke where is the protein at, and over not very good experience.

I arrived at DFW airport around 9 o’clock on a Tuesday night and my flight to Shreveport had been canceled. I had to stay over and Quality Inn was one of the most economical hotels. The young lady desk clerk was very helpful though I had difficulty understanding her accent, sometimes, but she patiently repeated what I ask her. The Quality Inn picked me up promised. It is time for them to get a new van for this hotel. The seats were cracked leather, and the door squeaked and rattled, but it got us to and from the airport. The driver was helpful with baggage and didn’t feel the need to talk, which I like. The young lady at the desk proficiently checked in for different rooms in about eight minutes. I was on the third floor and the room was spacious, clean and updated. The hallways were still narrow, and gave the impression of an old hotel but the room had definitely been updated. The linens were good quality and plenty of them. I didn’t even turn on the TVs but that would be one small negative is based on what I see at other hotels the small flat screens seemed a little out of place in the remodel room. My room was right by the elevator and the ding of the elevator had me thinking I was getting text messages.I slept well. I went down for breakfast a little after 8:30 (breakfast is available from 6 to 9) and there were some good looking biscuits and gravy, and there was a waffle maker, and I saw some people eating what looked to be very good waffles. But someone gluten sensitive like me there was not an option. No eggs or any other kind of protein. I did have some good orange juice and some good coffee. The van runs back-and-forth to the airport about 45 minutes and they have a nice schedule on the desk where a person can sign their room number and have a reservation on the van at the time they need.I was pleasantly pleased with the accommodations, as I was expecting them to look more like the van than the updated version that I saw. Based on the rates of the other hotels, this was a very good place to have a layover of one night because of airplane connection.

Couldn't check-in for an hour because a manager had to approve our stay because of my age. Huge inconvenience since the Hotel app said 18 and older when they only allow 21+Next, we were given the wrong room number and we tried to get into the wrong room for a good while ?.Lastly, the rooms are nasty and the only good thing about this place was the proximity to the DFW Airport and it's Shuttle service.
