Most over priced gas station in Irving. $4.69 for an iced Dunken Doughnuts coffee. $3.40 more for a pack of Amercan Spirits then the 711 a few blocks away. DO NOT give this place money! Insane price gouging on everything.

This location personally and all QT's generally gets a standing ovation of grand mediocrity... almost.
"Hi, welcome to Costco. I love you." That's the gist of every QT visit. I don't think I can explain it any better.
They get the stars because they got decent selections and stock.

Over priced you can't afford anything except old donuts 2 for $1 dollar, the only good thing about it is free air for your tires and most of the time is broken

This place is in neighborhood. Always loud always a lot of traffic very busy grimy, trashy, generates a lot of litter. You can watch people shoplifting hand over fist. Very recently there was a child kidnapping from this station. It didn't start off that way but it certainly has become this.

This location needs better management. Worst QT I’ve ever stopped at.The cashier (Lauren) attitude is just nasty. QT is usually good about putting fast competent workers up front. Not today. 12-02-23

Last month we had issues with our vehicle after getting QT gas. Our mechanic informed us we’d need 1500 dollars in repairs due to dirty/bad gas. I called QuickTrip customer service to let them know the situation and they were so helpful, after asking me questions they had me along with my mechanic fill out paperwork and reimbursed us for all of the repairs!! Ellis was so prompt in getting back to me and even followed up to make sure everything was ok and we got our check. I have been a loyal customer for some years now but I will never go anywhere else now, and I will be telling all my friends what QT did for us. Thank you!!

Every time I come here there’s no spots available to pump gas! Inside the gas station they’re always out items. They never have paper for the receipt at the pump!

There is a disturbing pattern that takes place at this location involving racism towards a large portion of their customers in mornings directed towards their Latino customers, mostly non-english speaking laborers (this is a large majority of their morning customers) they are forced to wait in long lines while employees hang out talking and glancing forward at them until someone like I or even myself (a white business class customer) gets in line, then a couple of them will step forward and start ringing up customers but at the same time they will try and call the caucasian customers forward in front of these Latin paying customers (who also pay the same price, and are a majority of their morning sales) I have experienced this disturbing behavior on a daily basis as I usually stop in Mon-Fri. The problem is leadership at store level, store manager(a young caucasian male in his late 20's to early 30's) is the guy who usually trys to summon me and others like myself forward ahead of the Latin paying customers, this behavior is being performed by all members of the morning crew under the support of this caucasian male manager (as he is usually standing up their watching), there is also a difference in the way they address these Latin customers as opposed to the way they speak to me and others like myself, the only thing at question is whether or not upper management is aware or even supporting this racist behavior towards their Latin customers and how they will handle this racist behavior going forward. I am sure that "LULAC" could provide guidance on how to handle this disturbing behavior.

As usual no receipt at the gas pump!!! I always have to go in and get one from the cashier with no apologies or acknowledgment from anyone at this location! So FRUSTRATING!!!

I like this place, very friendly staff and the lobby is clean but their bathrooms are disgusting. I wish they would check on them more often. They are very uninviting.
