I want to first share my excitment for findout out there is a Quiznos near me. However my excitment came to a screeching halt when I was informed that the no longer had any half salads for the day only full. I asked if you can make a full cant you make a half. The cashier/food prep guy informed me it wasnt possible. He then proceeded to tell me I must pay before he can start making the food. He was very rude. Another customer entered the the store right before I got my order and left. I stayed to see if he would get the same customer service. He didn't. He was actually able to order his food, wait for it to be bagged then he was asked for payment. My server was Manouchehr G. Rather it was because I questioned why I couldnt order a side salad or rather I'm a black woman. This man gave the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. It sucks because I love Quiznos. I couldnt even eat the food without thinking he did something to it.

I wish I could give negative stars. I work just up the road. My team wanted Quiznos so I told them I would order it. Well, their delivery was not working so I tried to do pickup. It wasn't working either. So I call and speak to a gentleman and explained I was trying to get 10 sandwiches. He said he couldn't take the order over the phone. I was going to have to fax in the order. I don't have a fax machine. He said for big orders it has to be fax or in person so it doesn't get messed up. Alright, I was annoyed but I get it. So I drive to the store. No one in the parking lot. No one in the restaurant. I walk in. No one behind the counter. A gentleman eventually comes out of the back and I tell him I need 10 sandwiches. He tells me he can't do it bc he doesn't have the staffing to do it (I was the only person there. And yes I used to work in a sub shop, 1 person can make 10 sandwiches.) and he doesn't have enough bread and points to where his bread is of which there are at least 20 loaves of bread. I said but there is plenty of bread right there and he said no he can't do it bc there is not enough bread and he doesn't have the staffing Mind you I kept thinking "so if 10 customers walked in here and each ordered a sandwich would you turn any of them away?" He started to get angry with me after I asked a 3rd time why, and due to me being the only one in the store and parking lot I figured it was safer for me to just leave. Oh and did I mention this was at about 3pm in the afternoon. Not right when they open or right when they close. Middle of the day. Can't make me a sandwich... Moral of the story, don't eat here. Don't try to eat here. Bc the manager doesn't have the staffing or the bread to make your meal regardless of what you see in the store. Meanwhile I went to the Quiznos in Richardson and they are AMAZING!!! I am recommending them to everyone I meet. If you want Quiznos, DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to the store in Richardson! They are absolutely fantastic!!!

Our second visit to this one. He makes sure you do not see him make the sandwiches so that you do not see him put so little on them. So much less and worse than most Q's. There are others close - go to another and you won't get ripped off!!! Turkey Bacon Guacamole, with NO Bacon OR Guac!!!! On purpose!!!!

I go probably 2 or 3 times a month and the manager/owner is the nicest guy. Always very friendly and courteous. HOWEVER, I cannot ever go back again as I watched him prepare a sandwich with his bare hands and no gloves!!!!!!!!!!! THAT CAN NEVER BE OVERLOOKED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY!!!!

Manager/Owner was rude and discriminated against certain customers. There was a group of customers waiting and he helped others first. He would not even honor the specials that ARE for the restaurant that were online or posted in the store telling me to come back another day. REALLY??? It took me about 45 min to get here. I will never come here again!!!

I would give this place ZERO star,if I could! Don't go there! Worker, maybe he's the owner, is a cheap ass, not friendly, & will not honor the daily $5 deals!!! Will not be going back. No wonder there are fewer & fewer Quiznos around the dfw area. Be warned!!!

The sandwiches are always delicious and quick service. Location is very convenient, the gentleman who owns the place is usually the one who takes/makes the orders when I've gone, and not only is he good at what he does. He's very kind, polite, and always helpful. I definitely recommend this Quiznos to anybody who like good food and friendly service.

This was my first time trying Quiznos and I am never eating here again. From the moment I stepped through the door, the man in charge (the owner or manager) was extremely rude. He began yelling at us when we were looking at the menu. This man yelled at us continuously, creating a scene when we had done nothing wrong. This man has an attitude problem. I have never received such horrible customer service. The man was even yelling at other customers who were entering the place. Save yourself the trouble of being insulted. I am not going to be returning to Quiznos ever again. I even tried to call customer service of Quiznos immediately after and waited 45 minutes but no one picked up so this just proves how horrible the customer service is. Horrible service all around.

Fabulous customer service, impeccably clean, and speedy. The perfect spot for lunch and dinner for anyone like myself who works or visits the area. Always enjoy chatting with the owner when I'm there, and he always remembers my order.

I almost did not try this location due to the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised The manager patiently waited for me to decide and then promptly took and made my order. The restaurant was clean and warm during the rainy day I visited. The food was the usual quality I would expect from Quiznos. Give it a try.

This was a horrible experience today at the Quiznos on N MacArthur. The manager was very rude and obviously a racist. It wasn't just the treatment I got on Nov. 27th at 3:45pm it was the food. I ordered the 2 gyro special for $8.99. The gyro had very little meat and hardly any sauce. I asked him when I ordered to please put enough sauce on them but barely got any. When I asked for more on the side he said he put extra and then came out to dining area to show me where the sauce was on these so called gyros. I told him I still can't see any and the gyros are dry. He then advised me I could pay additional 99 cents for a very small container of sauce. I would have neede at least 4 of them so I declined. In my opinion there is no excuse for this type of behavior and the quality and quantity of food. I will never go to this location again. I probably will never go to any Quiznos again. I'm going to contact corporate and give them the chance to make things right. Avoid this location .

Did not honor the T-Mobile Tuesdays free sub offer on 11/20. I waited in line for 15 minutes before the cashier or whoever said they were no longer accepting the free sub offer for today. Many people who have waited in line even longer than I weren't able to get the free sub either, and left angered. Overall experience: 2 thumbs up out of 10

Worst service. People working in this location are so rude to the customers. Very very very worst service. I don't recommend anybody to go this location. WORST WORST WORST The manager is racist. He is treating very bad. Personally I felt very bad experience. Will not come ever here again.

The gentleman that took care of us, I assume he was the owner? He was very helpful, very attentive. He took pride in his job and I appreciated his personality. The place was clean. The sandwich was good (it's my first time, lol). So thank you for a pleasant experience.

There are a few reviews on here about how rude the people are but the man who appears to be the manager and the lady working with him happened to be very sweet to my friend and me. This was my first time at a Quiznos, I honestly didn't expect to like it but I did. I wondered how different it could really be from all the other chain sandwich places around the area but the menu had a lot of things I hadn't seen at the other places. I enjoyed the southwest chicken sandwich I got and my coworker liked her food as well so we will be back at some point.

Really impressed with the customer service!! The man who I assume is the manager or owner was extremely friendly, greeted us as soon as we came in, and was speedy! I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere inside, so next time I might take it to go. It's clean and everything, but it just feels a little dingy. My sandwich was pretty good so I'm sure I'll be back (:

The cleanest fast food restaurant I've seen in years! This owner really takes pride in his business. We just moved here from out of state, and this is great. Alex, the owner, is very friendly.
