Great venue. And I want to thank the staff for helping me and my wife. She had sprained her ankle and was not used to crutches. The staff for her a chair with casters and helped me wheel her to/from her seat. That was way beyond the call of duty. We enjoyed “Dune.” God bless.

This place is bad - they do not turn ac on. Is hot Inside theater #6 no AC or ventilation. Complaint and they did nothing to fix the problem. I only stayed because my daughter was super excited to see the movie but it was a bad experience

Asked to change to different screen after 1 hour of watching movie in the screen that was on ticket . Manager claimed that viewers were informed before the movie. Few things1. When there were no one to check tickets who were informed?2. Why were 30 people in the theater when everyone were informed?3. When screen was bad why was movie screened for more than an hour?4. When seats are allocated in one screen and we were told to other screen where is social distancing that was promised?I was upset but still went into another screen where we missed 30 minutes of the movie. I was not able to follow the movie was was upset went to ask for refund. They said only pass to which I said ok. To my surprise guy in the theater was quietly video recording. Probably he might be told by MGR or might be expecting that I will be getting more upset. I was upset and came out saying you should ashamed for recording customers for your mistakes.I am posting this with one star for two reasons - First, so that owner of fun movie grill knows what their staff did and make sure that it does not happen again. Second, hoping that their management DO NOT to take videos which might end them in legal problems.Lastly, I am a business man and I take pride in service that I proud to my customers because they pay. Same here it is not matter of money we spent on ticket it is about the Quality of service where customer are bullied for theaters management

A decent movie theater with good number of screens available. No recliner seats is a major drawback.

It was good. Not busy at all. Had purchased my tickets during the day to watch a movie at night. Cashier/attendant seemed a bit rude. Tonight when we got to the movie there was no assigned seating or no covid rule seating of 6 feet apart. Weird.

It was fun to watch a movie during the pandemic. We were there early, though the screen was not in the center of our view. Late vehicles were distracting, some arrived in the middle of the movie,vwhich was bewildering. Not perfect but safe fun in the current situation.
