I had a very disappointing experience. When I politely asked for the price, the older woman who appeared to be the owner—responded in a rude and aggressive manner. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome. I had planned to bring in more clothes for alterations, but after this encounter, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Very horrible customer service
Especially the older women! She was very rude, I mentioned she was over charging for a sweater bc different location for the same sweater was less than what she was charging she went off on me!! Like how dare I mentioned that!? Ur clearly overcharging for one sweater! She literally doesn’t know anything about price negotiations . She doesn’t value customers for that reason I won’t be returning to this establishment! The husband is definitely way nice like the other customers mentioned! She’s losing them customers for sure! Avoid at all cost!

When I dropped off my clothes, she only told me about the price of the patch which was $12. When I returned my total was $60. I had other items so I let that slide. The patchwork was needed on a pair of LIGHT colored jeans. They put a DARK colored patch on my jeans smh. If they didn't have the same color patch they should've just left my pants as is so I could take them elsewhere. Terrible service.

Dropped off my mattress cover and sheets and they had it ready the next day! It was fluffy and smelled so good. Also they folded and hung my sheets up on a hanger! Great process for bulky items!

They never give you your clothes complete. They always loosing stuff and tell you it’s your fault!!!! I let them slide the first time and still used them but now they really messed up. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the wife is also the worst.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Clothes were ready on time as promised ... I prefer speaking with the younger lady only bc she writes down everything I tell her.

I gave 2 pants to these guys, one for dry cleaning and one for alternation. The receipt i got clearly said 2 pcs. When i came back after a few days to pick my stuff, they only gave me one pant back. I showed them the receipt that clearly showed 2 pcs but they didnt believ it and stated arguing with me.....
All i would say is that "Don't go to this place"..
