Friendly staff, walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and Rick was a great help, purchased a .380 at a good price especially amidst the pandemic. Good atmosphere and fair prices. Thanks for the help Rick.

Was given 10 grace period days to get back a tablet I pawn to have money. Pandemic wiped me out so I was promised if i paid $20 Towards my tablet, I can keep it in pawn. I paid the money for the extra grace period days, return to pay more so I could get my only work tablet I have and they sold the tablet.... the only tablet I had for my company. And when I asked why would they do that and I was told it was done by corporate. I was told this is a place that owners there policy buy my scenario was treated other wise.

I spoke with a lovely woman over the phone while I was at work at around 2pm to ask if I could put $20 on my laptop for another month. It was due February 6th, and the sweet woman told me $20 would get me through March 12th, which was absolutely perfect considering what I am in right now. After work at around 7pm, I go in the store. I saw a woman, whom is Mexican, that I believed I spoke on the phone with. But as she was helping other customers with jewelry, and the tall black man with the bright eyes that pop out his head was staring at me intimidatingly, I approached him to help me (WHICH I HIGHLY REGRET)! I tell him I called and spoke with a lady who said I could put $20 on my laptop to extend it a month. He says absolutely NOTHING and with an attitude walks to the other register and starts typing loudly. When he stands back in from of me, he slammed, and I am NOT OVEREXAGGERATING when I say he SLAMMED my I.D. and my paper with the information on the table loud enough to make me jump. I thought about questioning him but I think to myself, 'maybe I'm just being a little sensitive.' I stare at the paper to see where do I sign as this Nasty man hasn't explained ANYTHING TO ME about the new date to get the laptop, or if he was done servicing me, like he is a MUTE and when I couldn't find where I sign, I looked at him questioningly and you know what he did.....He waved me off with his crooked hands like I was a naughty child being dismissed, or how others would say, he waved me off like an old fart; he basically shooed me out the store like a fly. I WAS and still am offended by his NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and also that he treated me as if I wasn't a 23 year old woman (I watched him service two women before me and he didn't do them like me). He made me feel like an ant; like I was little and could easily be stomped on. I WAS going to let his rude behavior slide UNTIL I actually read my paper to see that he only extended the date 20 days once I was in the car.... So they are holding it from 2/6 - 2/26 which is NOT what I asked from him. I look up from inside my car and see the reason he was in a hurry to get me out was so he could smoke a cigarette in front of the store, very unprofessional, as he paced in front of it like a serial killer. I get out the car and enter the store and his ugly self follows behind me...to be nosey of course because he knew his service was bad. I walk straight to the SWEET Mexican woman, and tell her my date was supposed to be extended till March 12th and that her coworker didn't do it. She says excitedly with a pretty smile, "OHHHH, I believe I talked on the phone with you earlier! You were the one with the situation?" I said yes and returned the smile, elevated that she was willing to fix the date for me, as she was bringing up my account to fix it. The tall ugly guy then--FINALLY--opens his crusty nicotine mouth to say with too much bass in his voice, "That will be $30!" More than me having to pay an extra $10, I was EXTREMELY pissed because I knew then that he WAS picking on me. He didn't listen to a word I said but Now he wants to speak? Now he wants to meddle in my conversation with this woman who I initially spoke with on the phone before him, who would've honored the 30 days I asked her for had I went to her first, only for him to put his two cents in where it didn't belong. When we had a one on one with me he didn't explain ANYTHING--HE DIDN'T EVEN SAY HI OR THANKED ME. She was still willing to help me, but after he said it would be $30, I was so angry under the circumstances that he was only speaking to me now that she was there to make it seem he wasn't rude to me or not listening all along. She would've helped me but I went off on him and stormed out...I was that offended. I said, "Oh okay because HE didn't explain ANYTHING to me and shooed me out like a fly when I specifically told him I needed an extra month consi

I would have given ZERO stars but that's not possible. Rude staff, mediocre pricing.

Musicians beware. The staff here haven't the first clue about music or gear. Ask them for a guitar, get handed a banjo. They even had at least half of their guitars facing the wall instead of the customer.

I've pawned my watch here twice and the second time they returned it to me with a scratch. But of course it wasn't them. :/ Will never return there. Rude people too.

You dont always get what you expect when it comes to pawning, I have gotten more money at other locations. I only keep coming back for the good and underpriced items they do sell there. Very low priced TV's, Tablets, Computers, Jewlary and other items. Always pay the extra 10$ for the insurance they offer. Since they are used item this insures they will give you a full refund if in 30 days it stops working. They are the closest to home and open on sundays. I will continue to shop here, and ocasionally pawn a few things in emergencys!

I "was" a long time customer. Always had great service when Martha was there. Mgmt changed, they hired new people. I've lost some items that were precious to me before, PAID full price to get it back. This last time, when it iced over for one day, it took everyone over 45 minutes to get home, It took me ONE HOUR 30 MINUTES. By the time I got home, they were way beyond closed. I went in the next day, explained to the new sales guy my situation. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Even my apt complex understood about me getting stuck out in traffic and allowed me to pay the rent the next day with NO fees. That last time I visited that pawn shop, I lost my sentimental necklace which my daughter gave me, a play station, Bose headphones. I guess they needed those items more then I did. What goes around comes around. Remember that!!!!!! That one star....there is no option for NO star. I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for screwing me over.

The people there are awesome. They give as much as they can for whatever I bring in. Sometimes I need to keep using the same items. They always give me the original amount or more if I upgraded no matter how old it gets.

Regent pawn in Irving is the most awesome place to do business, they are all so friendly and courteous every time I go in. I have been going through a lot of financially and they have been there for me and my family every step of the way. Thanks so much for being there when I needed you the most. Maratha, Tony,Jacob,Joe,Jorge, and the whole hang from the bottom of my heart I say thank you because without you me and my family would have lost everything. Thanks again guys...
