Got tires & alignment done on wife's car last week. Fantastic work. Took truck in this week for serpentine belt, pully bearing, & hvac issues. They got me squared away in a day. Left suv with them to look at tires. Highly recommended. Great customer service. Gave me a ride to/from work. Reasonable pricing.

I’ve been looking for a good mechanic shop for years and yet to have found a place that I trust with all of my vehicles until I came to ricks the staff was friendly and very helpful. The manager Dante exceeded my expectations making sure my vehicle was taken care of I will surely be using this shop for all of my vehicle maintenance needs.

Simple oil change that was quick and easy. Dante was really nice and helpful. I just need an oil change. They were not pushy to sell me other things.

I have taken my car here anytime I’ve needed something fixed the staff is great but most importantly what keeps me coming back is the great service from Dante. He is very kind, knowledgeable and professional I always recommend coming here great experience always.

I was having some issues with my AC and control alarms, and since nowadays it’s so difficult to find trustworthy people in the auto repair business, I asked several friends from the community for references. Rick’s came highly recommended and in particular they recommended asking for Dante. Indeed, Dante went out of his way to listen and understand the issues with my car, and then helped me understand the options I had. They were able to get the issues fixed just like it was explained to me, and my car is working great, no issues whatsoever. Best decision to go to Rick’s and ask for Dante, he is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommended! True Blessing!

I went to Ricks Tire & Auto Shop not knowing much about them but when I arrived I was helped by Mr. Dante. Being a female and going to an auto shop is always scary in my opinion as I want to make sure they understand what I’m trying to explain. Dante was very helpful and very informative. I felt acknowledged and at ease with my questions. I will be back with my sons truck that needs some work done and feel confident that Dante will take care of my sons truck.

I used Ricks for years on my Company trucks.I own Service Fire Equipment right here in Irving.
Rick‘s always took good care of my vehicles and my family. They were always professional and thorough in fixing my vehicles or explaining why they couldn’t fix them. they have changed management recently, and Donte is the new manager.
I was charged nearly $400 to replace a starter for the third time And I’m still left with a problem wirh my company vehicle, not starting.
The new manager, Donte tried to charge me for a battery after he failed to fix the Problem twice.
He went out of his way to avoid our phone calls and not take care of the problem.
The situation Was sad. I’ve lived in Irving all my life and I miss the old days where you had services that cared and took care of their community.
So I have to find somebody else and pay all over again Since Donte refuses to be responsible.
I write this review to simply warn the Irving community to be careful about Donte and the way he manages his store

After going to Ricks for 20 years I have gone for the last time today. Having to wait 6 hours to get a tire change and an oil change it is was too much. Told it would be an hour to complete then when 2+ hours had passed and I asked for an update I learned they had not even gone to get the tire nor had they changed the oil. The place was chaos and many customers came and left with no one even talking with them or addressing their concerns. Once a great place that I took our business’ vehicles and my own personal cars to, no longer true. We will be finding a different and better business to handle our needs.

I have used Rick's for years. They are always easy to work with and have been very helpful even in some complex issues. The pricing seems reasonable compared to a dealer.

My tire was going flat, and Rick's was the closest shop. I had to wait for some time because they were busy, but they fixed the tire. They didn't charge me because of the wait. These guys are awesome 👍
