Don't move here, run away from this place, there are cockroach infestations, the management is not good and the manager is a mean and disgusting old woman, there is sewage everywhere and the water is cut off once or twice a week, they don't repair anything, the kitchen was useless, I said, and they never fixed it, I had to buy a small one to make my food, don't move here, really, I was there for a year, they never repaired my kitchen, and they still think it's worth it that we returned the apartment well if they didn't deliver it full of holes and cockroaches. There are dog and human poop everywhere and they raise the price of rent as if they were good apartments, believe me, don't waste your money, run from there, there are better apartments at that price

BAD SERVICE, We spent 3 days with a downpour because water leaked from the apartment above and fell on us inside, we called many times and they did not answer on any occasion, the manager is very arrogant and the excuse she makes is that she did not answer No call arrives, the delivery person comes and takes your car and in the office what they do is they delete all the cars and tell you that they do not have cars registered in your apartment and you must pay to be able to get your car. Bad administration and bad service in EVERYTHING 👎🏽

I just wanted to give an honest opinion about these apartments. My husband and I have lived here for over 10 years, and we have seen apartment managers come and go, but the one that is the MOST hard working, conscientious, and go-getter is Eva Lazaro!!! She is the BEST manager these apartments have EVER had!!! It would be a complete disappointment and regret if she were to leave!! She treats this complex like it’s her home, and tries her best to keep us safe, and to make sure there are no unfavorable actions taken by residents or non-residents. Thank you for making her the manager here!!

The fact that tis place has a 3.3 rating baffles me. This place is falling apart and all these people do is bandaid it or put it on the drawing board where it stays for months. Theres never working water yet they are always “fixing it”. Management will barely to never send for repairs. My mother has had this BLACK MOLD in her restroom for months and as someone who leaves my child with my mother alot its a BIG SAFETY CONCERN. This was reported twice now* As far as getting people into their apartments and taking money from residents when they can, i guess they are doing a great job? but asfar as an apartment management and everything that comes with, is trash. They maintain the outside. people in the office will do the bare minimum. Then people be afraid to say anything bad against the apt because they will kick you out or make it harder to live or try to overcharge anything. Like now its 500 A MONTH for a dog???? CAPP. im scared to post this review too cuz i dont neeed them being mean or treating my people unfairly and then forcing them out. To them people here are nothing of a concernedit1*As far as the apartments themselves, they are doing a better job than the office people. Apartments are pretty and nice to live and are pretty and spacious but as far as sevices on the apartments they are not being kept up… except the water.. ig.edit2* I put a one star but after my conclusion of the good on the apartment i give another star for the sake of the apartment buildings and what i guess the water man is doing

Management picks and chooses who to help. When you try and go talk to them about an issue they aren’t there not even during business hours. They only warn you about any events going on by e-mail no flyers like they used to. They recently did coating work on the parking lot which is fine but they don’t warn you and they move your car out of the way with a tow truck even if you have your car on park or you your e brake on. The apartment we got before I moved away looked nothing like they make it seem the sinks are falling apart the cabinets are falling apart the plumbing is horrible. The gutters don’t go all the way down so when it rains there’s water falling in random places. You have to be a favorite or have some type of friendship in order get them to maintenance your apartment. They’ll tell you they are coming to fix what need to get fix for months and never show up. For the rent they charge I do not recommend these apartments you can find something nicer for the same price somewhere else.

I live in these apartments and really, hot water never runs here all my life they don't have cold water I have to be heating water to be able to bathe my children please fix that those apartments from a few years ago over here They were ruined

He follows through from start to finish, and is very tenacious about finding the solution to the problem. I like him very much, and I appreciate the work that he did here today!!
