Unfortunately, this is the dirtiest Ross we ever shopped at. So much merch just thrown about. I'm sure the workers have a hard time keeping this store clean, it probably the people. People opening packages, trying on shoes and leaving them on the flooor, clothes on the floor, hangers on the floor, it was terrible. I feel sorry for the workers that have to clean up this place, they need a staff of 25+ people to manage this store. However, I did find a few items and the checkout was quick, so that's a plus!!

Ross can be catch or miss but offen time I do find what I like then other Ross places.

I went to Ross for some cologne and realized it was not cologne it was after shave so I came to return them today and was able to return thanks to the manager Ms. Delma! She was very helpful

The manager really has her services well put together and they are very friendly and store is very clean and organized.

It was so chaotic and disorganized. Instead of spending a nice bit I got the bare minimum and got out asap. All of the clothes are in the wrong places and hangers on the floor...broken. There were only 2 cash registers open with long wait times.

Selections just keep dwindling especially the bigger brands, but it has been a Ross archilles for some time. I tend to find TJMaxx/Marshalls just a bit better selection-wise but the prices are the same.

Good for bargain hunters, but poor selection. You have to watch for damage and defects. Dirty and cluttered. Nice cashiers. They have a household goods and toy section in the back of the store. The cookies and candy near checkout are good quality.
