I wasn’t very shocked seeing how many people also have had prior concerns I don’t know what type of management sallys likes hiring but so called manager needs to be a little cooler with her sarcastic tone if I try looking for deals don’t sigh and eye twitch me with sarcasm while your team is trying to help a rush full of people while she just sits on the counter with her ipad I’ve never met such unprofessionalism coming from management herself this was extremely shocking for me to encounter.

The girls that work at this location are so wonderful! I had an issue with my online order, and they helped me all the way through it. It was my fault (I ordered late at night, right color & brand but I needed cream dye instead the liquid I accidentally ordered), but they were so kind in helping me get everything fixed. Customer support worked very efficiently as well (computer glitch...again on my end)...everyone was super nice and so patient with me.

I’ve came to sally’s for a long time, but the manager working there is so rude to her employees. Her employee was clearly helping someone and helping them look for hair dye and the manager is apparently “too busy” to help someone check out. She was she was too busy finishing her project and wouldn’t take the time to check out the customer. Manager seems like she makes a hostile work environment and isn’t afraid to show it in front of customers.

I’m a frequent customer at this location staff I’d extremely helpful and polite although the manager with a dark tone made me a little iffy about the environment. As i witnessed the two sales girls getting screamed across by their manager while they were helping other customers and the manager was standing in the back of the register one of the asscoiates proceeded to help me check out in a tense polite mater as the management rushed off and slamed a door . I haven’t seen this out of all the years coming here or the manager before but it was completely unprofessional and really uncomfortable to witness

Goggle has them as open from 9-6. Their answering service says they are open 9-8. Went by here at 9:30 and they were closed. Definitely, they need to update their hours of operation.

They have to update the time. I arrived at 8PM and it was closed but on the website it says they close at 9 p.m. Very disappointing

Staff is useless. Once I finished figuring out what I needed and was checking out, another employee (blonde hair) next to cashier was handing her items to scan to my items. How she even thought that was okay is beyond me. I asked if I needed those and she said yes for x reason. Like that’s fine but ASK ME BEFORE you start taking it upon yourself to spend my money. Ridiculous.

The hispanic staff treat black customers differently than they do the hispanic customers, which is not ok! My daughter and I visited the store today on 4/30/2023 at 6:26 pm. Upon walking in two staff members were behind the register. Neither of the two women said hello or welcomed us to the store. They were having a personal conversation. I spoke up and said “good evening ladies. How are you today”. That’s what got them to talk. Anyhow, after a few minutes, a Hispanic customer walked in. She was immediately greeted by one of the ladies who didn’t have enough manners to greet us. Very rude, like other people have mentioned in their reviews about this specific location (Store 217 Metroplex Plaza).

Very rude and unfriendly staff. It's like spending our hard earned money is a bother here. They need better training on etiquette and customer service.
