Their quality is definitely very good but I was surprised by the customer service when the saleswoman told me, I don't care if you don't come back... I explain, on July 7th I accompanied my wife for her very good work shoes by the way, only that He wanted to change the model and that's how it all started, when we returned to his state of residence we threw away the box, there was a problem. I went back to the store to be able to make an exchange and totally rude he told me if you don't bring a receipt and the cashier I can't do anything, I just wanted a change of shoes not the money back, they are $200 dls shoes I can't lose them I told him look for my record I have bought at least 5 pairs give me an option you are going to persevere the customer, the only thing he told me I don't care I don't receive it, I don't checkout I can't do anything

A very clean well organized store. These are quality shoes and hand bags you will pay a premium price. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
