This place is very unprofessional. Esther told me that if I purchased shirts through her, and if the stitching got messed up, she would redo the shirts at no cost, verses if I brought in my own shirts, it would be a lost at my cost. So I decided to purchase shirts through her. The stitching on one of the shirts was messed up. I asked her to redo it as she has stated above. She refused to redo the shirt and stated, "it doesn't look that bad so I'm not going to redo it." Such an unprofessional liar! No customer service experience at all! I will never go back to this place. I will pay someone else another setting fee for my logo. I would give it a zero, but I had to push one star to post the review.
