This place has been nothing but a headache. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people need to know what they’re getting into. The staff is unorganized, communication is terrible, and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers once they get your money. I’ve dealt with several storage units before, and this one has been the worst experience by far. If you’re considering renting here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Ever since the prior manager Becky left this place has gone down hill. I will be sending an email to the area manager and corporate about this particular place/location.

I had a fantastic experience with Public Storage, and I want to give a special shoutout to Becky for her outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, Becky was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I found the perfect storage unit for my needs.
The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. But it was Becky’s professionalism and warm attitude that really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I was comfortable with the rental process.
Highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Becky!

This is my experience with Public Storage parking in Irving, Texas. To start with, the manager treats the parking as a free-for-all. In her eyes, fire lanes and areas not designed for parking are Okay places to park if your space is taken. My space was taken on multiple occasions, and no action was taken. On two occasions, my property was damaged right before a camera. Again, the office manager would take no action. This establishment is also overrun with people living in the storage units this place is not safe
