I went to Shahnaz for hair colour and facial. Bhumi had done a great job! She was patient and made all the efforts to meet my expectations! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back there again.

Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes with my daughter for a haircut while staff sat around doing nothing. When I asked politely when we could start, one lady rudely said, “we are all busy” while she was on her phone. A few minutes later she told me they were closed. Completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful of our time. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this salon.
