Wish these people would hire English speaking people. There is a lady named Jackie who works in the morning and she should be manager. I don't understand why there is a long line every time I go here and I have to repeat my self 10 times to the employees. How hard is it to find an English speaking employee in Dallas?

The pumps was down at 7 eleven so I went across the fwy to the shell. I prepaid for 35$ gas. I try to pump it it would not work.
3x time I went through going insider each time, telling the clerk it wasn't working.. he came outside and did the process and magicly it works just fine. He talked to me like I was stupid, like I didn't do it right.. No I'm not stupid.. the clerk was stopping me from pumping the gas from inside the store. It's a game they think is funny.. I know what he was doing.. it boils down to discrimination.. discrimination made the pump not work so he could make me look stupid.
I'll never do business there ever again.
See I wanted him to give me my money back. I didn't want him to go out to the pump. I know how to pump gas.. he refused to give me my money back. He just wanted to make me look dumb.

Nice Shell gas station with a food mart next to Denny's. I did not get gas, but the food mart was very clean. Well lit gas station, felt very safe, not sure why the reviews were not higher.

Credit card reader didn't work, pump kept stopping, no paper in receipt printer. Was running late for a flight and it took 15 minutes to get gas.

No receipt paper. Bathrooms closed. Dirty. You have so few things you need to provide as a gas station lol how are you this bad at all of them??

Pump #3 is not working. After swiping the card, it's not working. It's showing the same for almost 5 minutes in the display as "One moment please". I tried to cancel the transaction but still showing the same.

Cash register NEVER shows the products price when ringing up. Cash register NEVER shows total price for purchased products…. Actions were taken. Issues were corrected.. Definitely my choice for a neighborhood store.. Nice & polite employees .Prices are fair & reasonable remember, it is a “CONVENIENCE “store!!!!
