I recently visited this location, and while it’s not a bad store overall, I’ve noticed a decline in staff performance compared to previous years. I’ve been a regular customer here since the time an old manager named Eric and several other dedicated team members were in charge. Unfortunately, the current staff appears less engaged, which I can understand to some degree given the mall’s low foot traffic.
During my visit, I asked to speak with a manager regarding an issue, and in conversation with an employee, I was told that the current manager, Asia (spelling may be incorrect), rarely assists on the sales floor. According to the employee, she often remains in the back using a tablet and focusing on unrelated matters rather than supporting her team or customers.
It’s concerning to see this type of management in a retail environment, especially in a customer-facing role. It gives the impression that resources are being spent without real contribution to store operations or customer service.

Be careful in this store they charge double. On December 18th I went to buy some shoes. They made me swipe my card several times. What was my surprise? They charged me 2 times for the same product. I went to the store and they told me that they couldn't do anything to help customer service. In addition, they take hours to answer. They can't help either. Send an email to shoeplalace.com, which also doesn't answer. Keep my money, rats, so you can continue getting richer.

Decent variety (came here looking for Nikes) was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help (unlike a previous location I’ve tried)
Prices are yknow. But staff was friendly

Bad service says they close at 8pm, I arrived at 7:12 and they didn't want to serve me because they were already going to close

Horrible attention. They said they were going to look for my shoe size in the back and they never checked. The store has maybe 2 other customers. The workers were just talking amongst each other.

Very bad service, I would not recommend it. The girl treats you in a bad manner and always says they don't have the number you are looking for when the shoes are on display. They have done the same thing to me on 3 occasions.

The management is vary unexpected in his position and his decisions to make it a better sales place and work place would not recommend this place for employment or the shop experience
