My husband and I Made an online car rental reservation originally at Fox rental. We were not accommodated at all as a matter of fact, the girl at the counter was actually kind of rude. We probably got back on our phones and created a new reservation at six as soon as we walked up, we were greeted in. I should ride over to the counter. The man that helped us. The Michael, was the most pleasant person we encountered all day immediately we were trying to figure out the car situation and pull up our reservation on our phones, and he went away to get us two cold bottles of water came back, got everything taken care of, but every single need that we had explained everything perfectly and we drove away and a beautiful, clean BMW SUV in less than 20 minutes. The Michael made the experience perfect and flawless, he was knowledgeable. He explained everything very well. He was friendly, and genuinely seemed to care for the people that he was helping. He went out of his way to meet every need that we had you should you should hire more people like the Michael. Because of him, this will be our go to Randol car place from now on.

The staff, especially Anab and her manager, went above and beyond to assist me in fixing a problem with my booking. I was highly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. They provided excellent customer service, ensuring that all my needs were met. What I appreciated the most was their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue I faced with my incorrect booking. They acted promptly and efficiently, making sure I had the right car for my trip.Speaking of the cars, they were superb! The vehicle I rented was not only brand-new but also exceptionally clean. Sixt offers a great selection of models and car brands, and their pricing is reasonable when compared to other rental companies.Returning the car was a breeze and incredibly convenient. The nearby gas station made it hassle-free to top up the fuel before returning the vehicle. Great company to rent from with a free upgrade. My only issue was the return area that has no signage showing where to drop off so I drove around and found a lot attendant from another company to point me in the right direction. Even after that I found no signs but got lucky and found the single lane return line around the corner. I do want to thank the girls that found my phone in the car that I left while in a hurry and put it in the office for me when I returned 20 minutes later and found the car already gone. They deserve a thank you for being honest. I still made the flight on time with 15 minutes to spare.

Hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. Micheal was beyond helpful . Such a pleasant interaction with zero stress. I have rented from many car rentals in the past and I will never rent from anyone else besides SIXT again. I will be a loyal customer from here on out. I arrived in Dallas after having the worst week of my life, and Michael greeted and served me with superb customer service. I cannot thank him enough for the upgrade and experience. He really helped make my trip amazing. The car was perfect, drop off was easy. The SIXT team and facility stands out from orhers. Very clean, eye catching branding, and amicable staff. Their premium cars, especially their Electric Vehicle lineup are unrivaled. Super clean, powerful, and gorgeous cars. I am extremely staisfied with the "brand new" BMW i4 EL EV provided.

Be really careful when you are picking up the car from this branch. They are reporting and try to report every small dot on the car. This process of the returning car totally destroyed our whole experience from Dallas even as we have been there for just a 7 hours during our layover. We reported that to the general manager Mr. Evans.

Awful!!!!!Not only did they over charge me when I paid in advance, I cold have re-booked for an 800.00 savings, they accused me of damaging the car. I booked the car one months in advance to be sure it would be available. I called the day before to tripple confirm. When I showed up my 8 seater car was not available. They attempted to put me in a 6 seater BMW and charge me MORE.When I dropped off the car, they started pointing out damage that was on the car when I picked it up. Luckily I filmed a video of the car before I left the lot. I sent them the video, I am waiting to hear back.STAY AWAY!It's back to Hertz... I canceled my Sixt reservation for Christmas travel.Worst experience ever, no wonder they have a 2.2 star rating.

The red glow is like a beacon in the sea of car rental kiosks. The George B from Houston was good to work with today. Took a bit longer to get to our car today. There was a guy in a suit behind the desks in a suit, he looks like a pit boss, the George said he's training. There's a $200 deposit for our X5. Some minor scratches and scrapes all over our rental vehicle.

Would like see lower prices but what can you expect when your driving a nice car. Car was clean and I had no issues so I’m gonna say it’s a good place to get a car. Upgraded to 5 ⭐️’s because I always appreciate a response from the company ❤️I need to add that if you drive threw any tolls and you aren't paying for them SIXT will not only charge you for each toll (understandable) but they add a $5 dollar fee on top.

Every time that we need a rental for vacation, we always go with Sixt! We’ve used this company multiple times over the years and each time the vehicle, process, and service is so easy and hassle-free. As a bonus- on more than one occasion they’ve upgraded us for free! Definitely lifetime customers. Michael helped us out at this location and was so awesome! Highly recommend!

Quality customer care. This was my first time renting with Sixt and I had “ THE” experience. I was helped by Michael at the airport DFW rental. He was welcoming and super helpful by explaining the different packaged deals they offer. THE Michael delivered the most elite service. He greeted and welcomed me (as this was my first DFW interaction). He was also super knowledgeable about the area and suggested places I could tour. I drove around in luxury but was assured as well with the package I bought (which gave me a piece of mind). I would highly recommend Sixt- ask for THE Michael!

Five stars is not the correct amount for the service I received. I rate my service a 10! I flew in to Dallas with no transportation, and Sheldon E.B along with his manager Cole gave me the best service ever! They both went above and beyond for me and my family for our mini getaway. Extremely satisfied over above & beyond satisfied. Great customer service I recommend the Dallas Airport location!

My first time renting with Sixt. You have a fan for life! First of all THE Michael was the kindest customer service person I’ve experienced in quite some time! He treated me as if he were honored to serve me as a customer and gave me a ‘first timer’ upgrade. Let me just say this was no Hyundai. A very nice car that was CLEAN and no smoke smell - which is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. So long to my other ‘go-to’s’. Sixt is it from now on!

Michael was extremely helpful during a stressful situation. We had been looking for a rental car to ensure my family would make it to my masters graduation ceremony for two days and he was able to ease some of the stress. He made adding a driver, getting a toll pass, and car insurance very easy to navigate. He also upgraded our car rental to ensure a comfortable and luxurious drive to Houston from Dallas. I would highly recommend Sixt over other rental companies based on the great quality of service.
