Mia helped us a lot. She is passionate and addressed all our concerns. Thanks foe being patient Mia. Only problem is delivery scheduling and choice of delivery time. At store level they tried to get me schedule but seems no response from delivery company.

Mia has been so so kind and helpful with my search for a mattress. This is my first time purchasing a mattress for my new home. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and helped me stay with in my budget. I’ve had the greatest experience compared to all the other mattress stores I’ve gone to. The most amazing experience in purchasing a mattress! Tim was extraordinarily knowledgeable! We didn’t plan to purchase but he answered every question and gave us so much info that we felt comfortable making a large purchase. The store was so clean and relaxing. Tim was the perfect host!

James was wonderful in helping me find the right bed for my new senior living apartment. He gave me good advice for my bad back. I’m 86 years old and he made recommendations that would help me sleep better. I needed an adjustable bed to raise me up so I can breathe. I highly recommend you work with James and listen to his advice.

John Marcus in Irving, was very helpful and quick to answer all questions in our decision-making of buying a hybrid bed for our teenage son. With a bullet point conversation and no pressure, we bought the iSeries Hybrid 1000 Medium Queen Prime from him. The store is very nice and clean!
