I finally found a branch of my bank that really does meet you halfway. If you provide the needed info and move with them throught the process. They will advise you and work with you.

This is terrible bank to deal with if you need to submit a power of attorney or letters testamentary. It takes entirely too long to obtain approval and the criteria is in reasonable.

I was excited to open a banking account here, and without knowing much about this bank I came to open up a new account with them due having to cash a check from a vendor. I was meet by a humble sweet young lady named Kaitlin, and she was very welcoming me to assist with cashing my check alone with scheduling my appointment for opening up a new account.
My appointment was this morning 05/02/2025 with Mrs. Pretty Shah at 9 she was full of positive energy, and didn't waste time helping with open my new account. It didn't take long at all, and she was very detailed with all the information that i needed about my account.
FYI: It's $50 to open the new checking account*

Had a great experience at the Irving Southside Bank location. Needed a lien release for a very old vehicle and the address on record was no longer valid. Ms. Shah did a lot of research with me and was able to get the document I needed directed to my current address. I received the lien release 2 days later. Job well done!!
