Refused to allow me to cancel, keep transferring me to someone else. Have to call and hold for hours, can’t cancel on their website. What does it take? Leave the box on their doorstep and stop paying the bill? Then they will threaten to destroy your credit report.

Screw spectrum and everything it stands for i was out of internet an cable for 4 days 2 tech came out and didnt fix nothing i kept having to call and nobody would help me i asked to speak to a manager and was told no supervisors were on duty ? was on hold for almost 30min RIDICULOUS looking into another company
