I'm being charged for SERVICE I never got. Over $100, equipment never opened and returned the next day. Phone never rec'd and supposed SIMS set up on someone else bogus old phone. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Spectrums customer service is top tier, and I appreciate that as a customer.
