Avoid this store. Very arrogant and attitude. The kind of treatment I never face In USA till now. I never forget my whole life always I tell avoid. sales person name is swapnil and his behavior was rude.

I received excellent service from Swapnil Harold. There was a couple of challenges regarding getting my equipment. But he's stuck with me the whole way from getting my internet equipment to a new phone and helping me tremendously with that. Thank you

They have terrible service and will send your bills to a debt collector even if you’ve paid them or returned equipment. They will increase your monthly rate every year, our rate doubled in 3 years.

Walked in to drop off some equipment, staff was fast and friendly, took care of everything I needed and answered some questions for me without hesitation. I know they wanted to get to their sales but they didn't rush me or anything, very courteous and helpful.

I do not recommend spectrum at all, My comunity choose them as the internet provider and I start having internet issues since then, no one is able to help but they keep chargin normally

My wife and I bought our first house a couple of weeks ago. I called Spectrum to see if they could move our service to our new address. Sadly, they do not cover that area. So, I let them know that we had to cancel our service. Our billing cycle starts on the 10th of every month. We canceled our service with Spectrum on the 13th and returned the equipment on the 14th. Our bill was $60 per month. Today I received a bill for $70 and called to ask why. The Customer Rep gave me some attitude, so I asked to speak with a Supervisor. She actually gave me a "whatever" before transferring me. The Supervisor (If he was one) gave me the same attitude. He explains that the billing cycle had already started, and customers are charged for the entire month regardless of usage. I understand, but I'm not canceling the service because I want to. We moved to an area that you don't service. Also, why the extra $10? The "Supervisor's" answer was, "The charges are valid." This person practically said, "Because we can, we will." Not to mention that Spectrum Outages were a weekly thing. To this, he said, "Well, you have no proof of that." Damn! When did companies lose their pride in quality products and customer service?

I had an extremely negative experience at the Spectrum store, where a particular staff member, a white gentleman seated at the middle computer, exhibited an unhelpful attitude and treated customers with a sense of entitlement. It felt as though they were providing free internet service, despite being a paid service. I was thoroughly disappointed and my frustration grew throughout my visit. When I went to pick up the router, the employee asked for my phone number, which I provided. However, they rudely informed me that there was no account associated with my number.Later on, the same staff member, the overweight white gentleman at the middle computer, made some effort to investigate the issue by checking my address in their system. He showed me that we were not registered and advised me to contact customer service. However, when I reached out to customer service, they directed me back to the store. This back-and-forth was extremely frustrating and showcased the poor attitude of that particular staff member.Furthermore, when I mentioned that I had come to the store based on the advice of customer service, the same staff member responded rudely by insisting that I go speak to customer service again. I expressed my frustration, stating that I didn't appreciate running back and forth between them and customer care. In a sarcastic manner, he replied, "Yes, we cannot do anything." This sarcastic response only added to the already unpleasant experience.Overall, it was a truly disappointing and frustrating experience, making it one of the worst encounters I've had. The staff member's unhelpful attitude, lack of professionalism, and sarcastic remarks further contributed to the negative impression of the store.

Very deceitful company. The staff at the store are the worst. Gave a SIM card without checking my phone and the customer service now says the promotion is not applied due to that. I will never come back to their store or their service

This place is nice and your employees are friendly. Associate Kiera was very informative and helpful about the best phone plan and phone to fit my everyday life. She also helped me understand my internet and home phone bill. I will DEFINITELY visit again!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store. As a long-term customer, I expected much better treatment and service than what I received.Firstly, I visited your store on a humid day, and I was shocked to find that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The store was extremely stuffy, making it very uncomfortable to shop. This is unacceptable, especially in a retail store where customers need to be able to browse and make purchases in a comfortable environment.Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of your staff. The salesperson I dealt with was very unpleasant and unhelpful. When I asked about the availability of the new iPhone 14 Pro, I was told that there was no inventory available in any color, which is unacceptable for a technology store of your size.To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, the salesperson became rude and unprofessional. They even ran off and didn't try to assist me any further.As a loyal customer of Spectrum Store for over a year, I expected much better treatment and service. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to improve the overall customer experience at your store. I urge you to train your staff to be more courteous and professional, and to make sure that your store is properly maintained to provide a comfortable shopping experience for your customers.

Loved the young lady named Kiera!!! Super professional and she has great customer service skills. I was so much distress with my services!!! And she helped me so I decided to stay with Spectrum!!!!
