Outdated hotel, under renovations right now, however, the rooms still lack USB chargers and they still have iPod docking stations. However, the rooms are quiet as the hotel is a good distance from any highway and not over airplane routes.

We’ve stayed at many IHG hotels over the years as Diamond Elite members and are usually very satisfied. Unfortunately, this past weekend was one for the books—in the worst way.
We arrived late and checked in, only to find blood stains on the bed sheets in our room. We called the front desk and were moved, but the second room hadn’t even been cleaned—beds unmade and used towels on the floor. Frustration building, we asked for another room.
Traveling with our son, we needed two beds. Instead, we were given a king room with a pull-out couch. Not ideal, but we tried to make it work. The problem? No sheets anywhere in the room for the pull-out. When we called the front desk, the response we got was dismissive at best.
In the end, the three of us ended up crammed into one king bed. So much for a restful night’s sleep. For a brand that we’ve been loyal to, this was an extreme disappointment. Do better, IHG.

The hotel is under construction. So it not a hotel to stay in if you work nights. Some of the employees are rude and unhelpful. Most employees can't speak English so asking for towel and other things from housekeeping is pointless. They don't understand. Outside cooking area is trash nothing works it's all broke. Laundry, half of the washer and dryers are out of service. There are homeless people that come up and do drugs and sneak into the pool around children. Hotel doesn't address the problem.Night Latino lady with long hair at the front desk really rude upset does not like the review im leaving very aggressive on why I left my review the way I did i tell the truth is what I told her
The one good thing I found was the morning cooking lady Mayela she is a sweet lady and great to deal with

Enjoyed our stay here! Nice rooms, yummy breakfast, a nice pool & hot tub. Friendly folks. Everything you can ask for. If you’re looking for a nice spot to stay, I recommend!
We did happen to see someone’s car window smashed on the side of the hotel though ! We had no issues luckily. But did park in the front at night just in case.
The only complaint is that the shower was spraying everywhere! The curtain wasn’t long enough. So there was water all over the floor. Also could maybe use a curtain to separate the sink/bathroom area to the bedroom. A little more privacy would be nice. But the room was overall nice.

There are plenty nearby like Walmart food place as well.. rooms are clean. Breakfast is delicious. There on top of what needs to be done and the pool area is really pretty.

First off, there is NO reason why anyone should be put in room 226. It is a large suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and living area. They have one small air/heating unit in a bedroom trying to cool/heat the whole space. When we arrived, it was 81 degrees outside and 78 in the room. We turned the air on which was inside the bedroom with the two beds. After 5 hours it was still 76 in the room. I had to be up to turn my work phone on at 7:30 and didn’t fall asleep until almost 5 because it was so hot. I should’ve checked out and gotten a refund then and went to another hotel but we had all of our things in here with our food, drinks, etc in the fridge. Since the weather was cooler the next day, I figured it would cool down quite a bit. I was wrong unfortunately. My bedroom finally got down to 72. Which is still too warm for us. We like our room to be around 68. The bedroom my teens were in was freezing. Their thermostat showed 59, but my room showed 72. So none of us slept or relaxed bc they were cold and I was hot. Plus the hot tub is NOT heated. Quit telling people or advertising that there is a hot tub. It’s just outdoor temp water. Same as the last time we were here in 2020. The renovations look great but isn’t going to help the other things that are wrong. I would love to be contacted about this. I work too much and spend too much money at IHG for this bad of a stay. The hot tub was the same last time we stayed so that’s weird how it was cold this week and then cold a few years ago as well. It’s almost like this happens when we are there or could it be that if doesn’t work correctly?! And no we don’t plan to come back as I’m not paying more money to stay when I was so disappointed about this stay and nothing was done about it. The staff were great. The problem was everything else.

Staff was friendly, room was super clean and updated! Hotel is just a quick drive to some really great restaurants and is in a nice part of town! Felt very safe! Our family of 5, 3 being children under 7 years old, stayed very comfortably. Our bed was on the firmer side but I didn’t mind. Also, I always bring my own cleaning supplies when staying in a hotel because most don’t clean to my standard, but I didn’t even need to use them here! ( I did anyway because I’m OCD) but seriously, everything was spotless! I never worried about my kids’ feet getting yucky from the floor or carpet, I never had doubts about if the bedding was fresh. Everything was so nice and comfortable. Will recommend to anyone staying in the area! Will be back again!
