5 stars & more if optional . Manager Michelle is unbelievable in taking time , going out of her way to treat us like family . We have stopped in about 3 times over 8 months and she is over the top helpful . Our first day in to sign up has stayed with us because of Brandon . He listened to our needs was clear , knowledgeable and walked us through to set us up . I LITERALLY try to think of folks who might need storage so to send them to this stellar team of folks who run Las Colinas Self storage like a family . Thumbs fingers and toes up for the people who make this place / service a pleasure to do business with .

Scammers, they bid on there own auctions. I won a unit and it said zero time left and then it mysteriously went from $30 to over $100 after it showed I already won.

Walked in expecting a bit of a headache and left so pleasantly surprised thanks to Michelle. I can't yet speak to the facilities as I have only just rented here. However, Michelle was such a joy to work with and made me feel right at home. Such a kind soul. If you give this place visit make sure you are interfacing with her. You won't be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this location. The manager Michael was very personable and patient. His customer service went above and beyond. He actually put ALL of my packing supplies inside my car without having to ask for help. Thank you Michael for the 5 star service! 😊

Michelle goes above and beyond to make my move problem free. She always has a big smile on her face. Anytime that I have had a question, she is prompt with a response. Without hesitation, I recommend working with Michelle at Stor Self Storage!!!!

She went above and beyond to help me—so much so that she even missed her lunch just to make sure everything was taken care of. If I could rate this place negative I would. Shout out to the bald Caucasian man with glasses that works here. I am an uber driver that happened to stop by here on 7/15 around 10:45 am to simply just rest for 2 mins and catch me another pickup so I could CONTINUE working. I was not bothering no one. He came ALL the way out to mind someone else’s business. Said I was on private property yet it was business hours. Felt like he was discriminating against me. How sad and disgusting is to know people like this love to show their real colors! Way to go!!!!

Great customer service by Michelle, this manager is the best! She is very patient and pushed back her lunch time to help me, and that took over an hour. Please give this woman a well-deserved raise! I have now been a customer for a few years and her demeanor and customer service has always been positive and consistent! I love how she can have a causal conversation with me and handle my requests, again, please give this woman a raise!

Great location right off 635/PGBT. Very well maintained with security in place.
Michelle and her team have been amazing! She actually cares about service, being v accessible when needed and answering questions patiently!
