The first few times I had to contact this company I was very optimistic that I had finally found a supplier for my wound care supplies that was not going to be a nightmare of a company like my pervious supplier HME. I quickly learned to never be optimistic when it comes to dealing with a company you have to hope and pray does not drop the ball and leave you in a very critical situation with no supplies. It 9happened again. I called to place my order for my monthly refill of wound care supplies. Keep in mind I can not call to order until after the 15th of the month. I called on the 17th just to make sure it wasn't going to be a problem. The woman I spoke with spoke in a tone like I was bothering her. She told me she would put in the request and if there was a problem she would get back with me. That was Friday am on the 17th. It's now the 24th and I haven't heard from her nor had I received confirmation that my order had shipped. So I call to inquire and she tells me my script expired on the 12th. 1st of all then why did you not inform me of that when I called on the 17th or when you found out it had? Secondly, if my script is for 3 months of supplies, how come I was only allowed 2 months. I should of been able to order my supplies on the 12th of the month. When I told you about the toxic situation with my provider you basically said 'I don't know what to tell you. Go buy them on Amazon. We won't sell them to you.' I was told I could not speak to a supervisor. Maybe some training on how to talk to a customer in a way that is not degrading or condescending should be in the near future or just basic customer service 101. Although, I have to give a good word on the 2 ladies that are very very helpful and pleasant the first few times I called. I believe their names are Aubree and Sarah. I wish I could of spoken with them instead.

I used Strive to send catheters that I needed until I had surgery to correct my problem. They sent out the catheters on time (and the right kind) and communicated with me on my needs. One shipment did come too early for insurance to cover it, but Strive sent me a return label for me to ship them back to them.

I will give zero star if I could. They have been blaming a normal saline back order for months, and did not provide it for bladder irrigation for my family member, despite the supplies being available under different suppliers for other patients. Other urology patients who do not use this company receive their supplies but Strive claims their shortcomings on back orders.

Pleasantly surprised with the coordination of orders and quick response earlier, received order is very quick response time. Strive also helped correct my order when I discovered they hadn't received the proper product order and they immediately sent the right product. Good responsive Company!
