They don't have honey mustard anymore. Like not just out for the moment... they don't sell it anymore he says. Ummmm.... without the sauces, Subway is just another sandwich. I had to put Miracle whip on it to make it edible.

Do not order catering packages from this Subway! I ordered two sandwich platters for a work event. The first platter was made correctly with mayo and mustard packets on the side. The second platter, had the packets on the side but they also put it on the sandwiches. By the time I served them they were soggy and gross. I called the store to let them know and was told no one was in that I could talk to. So, I called Subway Catering Customer Service to ask if someone can reach out to me. No one ever did but I got an email back from Subway Customer Service stating the franchise owner is denying making the sandwich platter wrong. He should have atleast had the decency to call me back personally.

This is the WORST subway I have ever been to! I have given this location multiple chances and they always disappoint. For starters, a couple of months ago I went in to the store in the middle of the day. I noticed one of the employees crying and the other employee stated that they were closed for the day because the employees father had passed away. I get that family emergencies happen, but they should have let the employee go home. It is TERRIBLE customer service to shut down a store because of one employee. The second time I gave them a chance, I went in at 9:45 on a Thursday night and the employee stated that they were closed. The Open sign was still lit up and they do not close until 10. I will NEVER go back. It's a waste when I can't even order due to their issues. I have tried reaching out to the manager multiple times and never get a call back.

They need to train all their staff on being friendly, courteous and helpful! My daughter & I stopped by to dine in, I immediately noticed the new ciabatta sandwiches, I ordered the garlic steak. The young lady helping us seemed as if she did not care to much about her job NOT FRIENDLY or welcoming at all.. After preparing my sandwich and going to add vegetables I asked for lettuce and she said "we cannot not add anything to the sandwich we follow the specific ingredients etc." I asked if she could put lettuce I will pay extra for it, she then said she could not add anything extra had to be made specific to instructions. Keep in mind, the manager stated the same. I pointed out to the manager that its clear on the advertisement that we could indeed add ingredients but would be extra charge, she looked at sign and said "not sure why that is there, we cannot add or take away" WHAT how ludicrous does this sound, its advertised!!! I ended up eating a plain sandwich. I posted picture stating the extra ingredients. If this wasn't bad enough I ordered a sandwich to go and had it toasted OMG the bread literally came out burned I told the "bad mood" girl to please remove bread it's burned she looked at me and said "its brown like the bread" hahaha WHAT?? she then took the sandwich to the back, I guess to ask Manager if it looked burned, this was so funny because I couldn't believe that I was being questioned on a sandwich I would pay for. I will no longer go to this location, its quality & lack of customer service has been extinct for some time now. It is very obvious that they do not train managers, because I really cannot blame the young girl for her lack of professionalism its a clear reflection of management and how they are training their staff.. So sad ): The reason for 2 stars is that the steak, sauce & ciabatta bread on sandwich was very good! Picture attached and manager still decided to bypass the sign and insisted in not allowing extra ingredients only "take away not add"! SHAME on Subway for not investing the time to develop their managers.

Always clean. Always new workers too. I come for lunch time often where it does get pretty filled up, but they do try to work at a fast pace to get everyone served quickly. Except when they get the occasional "naggers" They do have bathrooms here, and are clean which is a plus!

Very bad service. Server/girl didn't greet me. Was serving me as if she was doing some favor. I asked to put some more cheese; even after that she put only little. Guacamole was over. But she still scratched the box and extracted 1/4 of spoon. Quite disgusting. In general most of restaurants in Irving/Texas are bad in service, highly unprofessional. They literally follow the slogan "Don't mess with Texas" ðŸ˜Š

Ignored simple requests, the wrap that was made fell apart as soon as it was opened. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue, was refunded and shooed out of the store.

This is the worst subway in irving. I stood and waited in line for like 15 minutes, then I placed my order with the app while standing in line, thinking it would speed up the process. To my surprise, the next customer was helped and I'm still waiting for my food after the customer behind me ordered there food and left the store. Very bad serviceðŸ˜³

The second time I’ve come to this location and they never have the meatball sub available. That’s not the problem, the problem is when they don’t have any ready, they and refuse to cook more meatballs. Is it that hard to prepare meatballs if you run out?

They closed before the listed hours on their door and website, and gave a sarcastic apology when asked why they couldn't even advise me over the phone that they ran out of bread! It's subway, how do you run out of bread? Sounds like a lazy excuse to me. Terrible customer service. Go to one of the other locations in the area if you’re reading this.

Poor guy, coughing. Used his bare hands to rub his nose. Twice. Touched items all around sandwich preparers area and the only door handle to get in and out from sandwich area. That was not sanitary at all!! Ill go somewhere else.

Went there at 8:30pm and they were closed. Drove all the way there because it shows on maps its open till 10pm and the lady there said it was closed. I even checked the hours of operation listed on the door and it too shows should be open until 10pm. PLEASE ADJUST YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION LISTED SO NO MORE PEOPLE WASTE THEIR TIME!
