The place was clean, my food was cold. The tortilla was not heated. I was not too happy with my food. The service was nothing.the only person we saw was the cashier, just to pay for the food. The atmosphere... What atmosphere? There was none. I'm sorry it sucked.

Payed 3 dollars for some nachos only for them to fill the cup not even half way with cheese, then asked if I can get a little more and the manager him self (didnt get his name but he had glasses), said sorry I don’t make the portions, I finished the cheese and still had chips left over smh what a waste of money. Customer service here is horrible wont come back.

I generally don't eat fast food, but I had a craving for Taco Bell and it did not disappoint. I ordered from the OG menu - Chicken Soft Tacos (soft tacos with grilled chix instead of beef) and Beef Meximelts (cheesy roll ups + add beef and tomatoes). Topping it all with a blend of Fire and Hot sauces and dang - just what I needed.

On Jan 31st at 11:11pm we placed an order online (#905766)We were missing 2 itemsThe one taco we ordered with no lettuce had lettuce and lastly they added an item we didn't even orderI understand mistakes are made but the reason for the complaint is when I called to speak to someone a gentleman answered with "what do you want", I asked for my order to be done correctly he proceeded to be disrespectful and aggressive when I asked for his name he automatically hung up. I then drove back to go inside with all my food to speak to someoneWhen I walked in he hid in the back put gloves on without washing handsA lady which I suppose was the manager handled our order and corrected it. Please check your staff at this location (1025 w airport fwy irving, TX 75062)Thank you

My chalupas barely had enough beef. It was all full of sour cream. Also, this is the 3rd time I order a clear lime drink and its just carbonated soda.

Just went through the drive through got charged $1.40 for a half filled teeny tiny cup of the creamy jalapeño sauce. I got the stacked taco but half the soft tortilla wasn't even around the hard shell and it was all lettuce no meat. Tried to call but no answer and couldn't leave a voice mail cus it was full.

I just went through drive through got ignored , went inside 3 employees eating , was told too order from the kias then confronted by the MANAGER outside of the building because I walked out without saying a word or causing a scene. Embarrassing and childish.

The manager on duty does not care about his job nor his customers. He did not inform me that they did not have large cups he just handed me the medium one for the drinks. Even though there is an upcharge and tends to shrugg his shoulders and say well I can give you back the difference if that's the problem. I won't ever come back to this store. Which I come to every night and never have a problem. Hire people who actually appreciate being employed. Night shift yall rock!

I actually didn't get anything, walked in and there was a horrible smell, like wet mop and sewer! Maybe it was just that day but I just couldn't! Went across the street and regretted even more....
