THE LADY IS HORRIBLE!! Her customer service is 0! She looks at you like you’re not spending your hard earned money! She really needs to FIX HER FACE! How can you be rude to your customers? I don’t know who she is but she better stay inside that kitchen and work on that rested face!Kulam chebera arogit!

This store is set out to fail. The customer service sucks. The owner cheats with the products, don’t care anything about satisfaction of customers. Don’t go here and please don’t encourage this kind of business to survive in our esteemed area. Encourage the good businesses like Maru and Viva that have a long standing great service to the community.

While there are numerous Ethiopian markets in the Dallas area and eastward, Teddy's is a prime spot to have in Irving -- and is probably the closest Ethiopian market to the western half of DFW. I enjoy cooking and Teddy's had all the essentials for my spice cravings.

Great products, I love to get my injera from here. One of the best places around.
