I have received fantastic care at Texas Oncology Irving. Everyone has been kind, caring and supportive during the most difficult time in my life. Dr. Kiran Kancharla is my Medical Oncologist and she’s the best. She listens to my concerns and celebrates the wins with me. I could not have asked for a better care team.

No compassion from the doctor. I regret taking my mom to that place. Take your loved one elsewhere.

Dr Juvvadi’s office has the best people working for her. The front desk gals, Patricia and Maraya (sorry if I misspelled)were the sweetest! Patty takes such gentle care of my mom, Veronica is so patient while scheduling and Dr. Juvvadi is so thoughtful of her patients and their treatment plans. This office goes above and beyond! They make you feel welcomed, and human again. Forgetting what you are there for for a few brief moments. I’m so grateful for Texas Oncology! Please keep doing what you do! ❤️

I came here because I was referred here for something other than cancer. The scheduler was so rude, the person taking temps at the front was rude and acted like it was a bother that I arrived. I don’t have cancer, but I feel so sorry for those coming here who do. Talk about insensitive. Wow. One man said, wow I can’t stand this place. After her got his temp taken. What’s going on? Where is the compassion. Now the nurse was pleasant but I haven’t seen the doctor yet. Who knows if I will stay coming here. I might asked to get referred somewhere else. Update: I seen Dr Crazy and I’m definitely NEVER coming back here again. The Hurd people through. The doctor doesn’t listen, talks over you. I sent my primary Care physician a note to refer me some where else. Never again. I heard a lady in the exam room yelling because of the lack of disregard for her care. This place is scary!

I am so thankful to Dr.Thudi, his nurse Donna and the staff at Baylor/Scott. I am going through the worst life trauma of cancer with my dad, but knowing that a doctor or nurse will call back within five minutes of my call is the best feeling in the world. The hospital service and staff have always been kind and supportive every time we take my dad in. I cannot thank you enough??

Dr Allada is one of the kindest doctors. During my breast cancer two years ago, she was so informative with her explanations and how she treats her patients. I’m blessed to have her as my oncologist.

I have been a patient at Texas Oncology since it merged with my Doctor. It has been about five years and as far as the medical side of the practice I am extremely happy the care I have received. They are caring and compassionate. Dr.Perkins always spends time fully explaining treatments and answering my questions.

You will regret going here. Doctor spends maybe 10 minutes with you and charges you in excess of $700 per visit. Then proceeds to charge your insurance with claims that were never founded. Reception never, ever greets you, tech who weighs in and takes your blood pressure is a grump. Nurse/tech who administers meds, well better left unsaid what she is. And like someone else said, the business office is a mess and scheduling is worse, believe me!

Dr allada has neglected my medical needs after poisining me. Very unprofessional. She not only once but twice asked to check my tumor when my tumor had been removed does not care about her patients and after treatment. After a complaint made no Dr in irving location will see me. My pcp has diagnosed a blood disorder from chemo. Dr allada ignored me. Naheed her ast. After my complaints of chronic pain refused to schedule an apt and told me to take aleeve. I hope no other patient gets treated they way I was.

If Texas oncology gives you devastating news go get a second opinion. My mother was miss diagnosed by them and told she had 6 months or so to live and there was nothing they could do for her. Two years ago she had breast cancer went through treatment and was declared cancer free. We all know breast cancer usually comes back so it's a time/waiting game. In Jan they found a brain tumor and two spots in her lungs. After having surgery to remove the brain tumor they said she brain tumor was not caused from the breast cancer and it was from an unknown source. So they do yet another pet scan 3 months after the first because they did not get a good image on the first. My problem is her why wait three months to say we messed up the first time. Since they could not find the source they said you have 6 months sorry but nothing we can do. I encouraged her to keep fighting so down to MD Anderson she goes. They do all the test over again have to request multiple times for samples from the original cancer and the brain cancer because the samples that where sent where to small to determine if the two where related. Low and behold they where the same. They also did a biopsy of the lungs, Texas oncology refused said it was not possible they where to deep. But yet somehow MD Anderson was able to do it and where flabbergasted that Texas oncology did not do this. So now they know the source and the tumors are small and we have a treatment plan. So if your reading this and Texas oncology gave you bad news don't give up go to MD Anderson they are much more sympathetic and go that extra mile like taking a lung sample to help you fight. I was there with my mom when tx oncology told her the bad news there was no sympathy in the man's voice. I have lost all trust with this organization. I will refer every one that I run into that gets cancer to MD Anderson and tell them to avoid Texas oncology like the plague.
