I have only been a resident for 2 weeks and when I say this is THE WORST experience I have EVER had with an apartment complex! 1st of all the place is like a revolving door , the person you meet in the office will not be the same person you meet the next day ! No one EVER answers the phone or answers emails ! I just moved in on Oct 23rd and have had nothing but issues since day one., The asst manager at the time Tiffany Neal gave away the apt that I originally applied for and did not let me know until the day I came to pick up the keys. I was never given a welcome packet , didn't know anything about the cable service, amenties or anything I had to keep going to the office to ask questions because no one ever answers the phone . I initially asked for a storage for $30.00 upon move in , once all of the confusion was straightened out, I had to go with another apt that I did not want because I didn't have a choice and at this point had no where to go. I ended up on a 2nd flr which I did not want because of my health issues. Tiffany Neal advised verbally that because of the mixup with the apartments that I would receive my storage for free for 12 months and also asked if I wanted a garage, I told her I was not paying for a garage and Tiffany informed me that I would get that as well for 12 months free. once I received the ledger for the apt I questioned the amount. I came in on a 8wk free special so all I am supposed to pay is the amenity fees for 2 months (no problem) I go on the portal and I have a balance of over $1800 including late fees. I immediately go back to the office and was told that there has been a delay posting to the ledger and I would be called once it was fixed. I looked again today 11/8/24 because no one called and the balance had the storage and late fees included. I called and was told by Amanda (another new person)they could only go by a paper trail and not what I was told by the assistant manager at the time which was Tiffany. . so now everything that I was told would be free for 12 months because of your asst manager's screw up I'm supposed to pay for even though I'm in an apartment that I didn't want and that I didn't even apply for but didn't have a choice because of your screwup. The management is horrible, unorganized and its like a revolving door there, everyday its a temp or someone is new and no one has a clue what you're talking about. This is not a good look for a new resident when I have had nothing but issues since day 1 . I'm pretty sure I'm leaving soo much more out but I'm soo upset right now I can't remember everything ! oh and by the time Tiffany moved me in on the 23rd, she was gone by the 25th! SMH and the new manager is useless as well, she hides behind her office door and does and says nothing ! DO NOT RENT HERE , RUN!!!!!

I want to start by saying I love my apartment at The Blvd, and I have never ever left a review for anything. Today I was told yet another package was lost and there is nothing they can do, making this the 3rd package lost over the last 2 months. One was a family heirloom that was irreplaceable. The one missing today was an emergency medication I needed ASAP. When I first moved here we had none of these issues, then new mgmt took over, it went to crap, and they’ve just been missing the mark with getting mail delivered ever since. I am trying to give them grace and assume it is out of their hands, but it’s been over a year of this lost package mess, so I’m not sure how we have not got it sorted at this point. No one in the office ever offers any sort of reimbursement and won’t even get with the vendor to get the cameras checked for potentially stolen packages (since packages just get thrown into the hallway, left unattended). Just a “sorry”. I really hate to leave a bad review because most everything else about this place is pretty decent. I’d planned to live here for some time but not being able to receive any mail is enough to make me ready to break my lease.

The experience in this place was excellent, starting with the young woman who assisted me from the beginning throughout the application, she is the one who is there when you enter the first table on the left, wonderful, everything very fast, very competent, I loved the place, I recommend it. Thank you

I chose The BLVD because of its location my excellent experience with another with the same management company as The BLVD. I wasn't disappointed. The BLVD has an excellent management and maintenance team who are dedicated professionals who want their managed property to be a pleasant place to live -- and The BLVD is a great place to live. Why do I say that?
I am always greeted with a smile when I visit the office. Because I have never had to wait more than a day for maintenance orders to be fulfilled. Moreover, the maintenance staff is always, always courteous, accommodating, a competent. Seriously, I am not over-stating this. Many times management staff has accompanied me with my package if I have more than a few. Granted this won't be the norm, but how many places will do that? They really care.
Yes, parking is an issue. If you don't have a carport or a garage you are competing with a limited number of parking spots around the property. And when visitors take up those spots then it becomes an issue. So if you don't have a reserved spot then likely you will be disappointed. But to sully the entire operation over parking is UNFAIR.
The location of this property, the quality of the apartments (they look like model homes) and quality of management is hard to beat. Yes, you may get a property with lots of parking but chances are those places won't have the location of The BLVD. As they say, you pay the piper one way or the other.
If you are looking for convenience of location (relative to your place of work), access to shopping (Whole Foods, etc.), excellent healthcare facility (within a mile), entertainment (Irving Music Factory just a few yards away), and caring and considerate folks who manage this property like they really want to, then The BLVD is a great choice.

I was trying to renew my lease for 9/2024, ran into a few bumps along the way, and not knowing the previous staff had quit. I meet Tiffany and explained my situation, within minutes I was signing my lease. I must say Tiffany is the best because she will get the job done!!!

Place and property was nice when I visited, but to charge a monthly charge for a in unit wash and dryer in 2024 is unreal and outdated. Majority of apartments these days INCLUDE in unit washers & dryers. You are charging the same comparable rental prices as other apartments in the area, but they are including in unit washers and dryers at no charge. This is a place I removed from my apartment search list immediately.

I absolutely love my new apartment. Mrs Tiffany made this such an easy and simple process. Tiffany’s willingness to make sure things get done is what made me choose the blvd. From the application process to my move in day I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process even in the middle of them switching management Tiffany made sure it didn’t effect my move in process. 10/10 would recommend. The apartment is perfect and the amenities are amazing

*Update 8/30/24
Place has drastically gone downhill since Bryson left. Don't bother calling the office because they will not pick up or return your call. Customer service is easy to do, this should not be hard to help your residents in need.
The BLVD has been great since the new leadership took over! The past year and half have been a struggle but the new staff and uplift have influenced my decision to renew another year. Bryson and the team have been great! Their attitude and customer service is exactly what The BLVD needed. Customer service goes a long way these days and I'm glad we're in good hands now! They are making residents stay in the homes, not leave. I love my unit so I'm glad the team makes staying here enjoyable again! I'm looking forward to another 12 months here. Can't wait to see the progress! Thank you BLVD Team!!

There are a couple little blemishes in the apartment. The microwave is peeling/broken. The dishwasher runs for over an hour, and there is a rust stain in the main bathroom shower. Overall, I love the apartment. The manager Danielle is such a sweetheart. I would recommend this location.

The blvd apartments are an up and coming place to stay. Nestled near the surrounding entertainment, businesses, restaurants, leisure, and transportation areas you can easily commute to. The personnel at the blvd are accommodating, nice, all-around wonderful people, and the new management lends an ear and attention for residents!
