They are cheating customers with their so called 80% off. Not sure about other stores, but this store in particular has removed prices from the price tags and are inflating the prices before applying so called 80% off. I had a garment which still had the clearance price tag and during checkout it did not take down 80% off. When the lady checked with another colleague, she openly mentioned we missed out on removing price tag from this item and we will charge whatever system shows us. When i insisted about price their on the tag, she removed the price tag in front of me and mentioned if you want you can buy or else not. Never going back to this store.

I had to return some clothes from online order. They helped me with it quickly and I bought some more clothes. Items are well organized and shelves are stocked fully. Helpful staffs. I went during evening about 1 hour before closing so the place was not busy.

Online orders Customer support team is really very bad. They don’t care about their customers and rude. Their online delivery is the worst. They don’t take responsibility. They don’t care about customer satisfaction. THE WORST!!!

I give a star because I have always bought my children's uniforms in this store but lately the quality of the fabric is of poor quality my child's shirts began to break from the same place after only 2 weeks of use totally disappointing

The manager is incompetent, the employees lack of customer service skills. Employees talking how the customers are there "crying " for a dollar. I should not hear this while I'm shopping. The manager acts offended when a situation arise, knowing the customer is right! Instead of fixing the problem she acts like one of the other employees, rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there! If the manager can't fill in her position, she should look for another job.

No proper customer service ..had to fight with the manager for not understanding when they thought I didn't follow the queue...I was mentioning multiple times and finally they went silent... so much delay dealing with the customers...if you don't see or don't know then don't assume....

So crowded place does not properly manage things inside the store so walk in and round in for selection & finding items very difficult and the checkout place almost lost you can see on the picture

After reading all the bad comments, I was afraid to go to the store to pick up my items that I had ordered online. Well, I can tell you my experience was really NICE. I was looking around and Lisa was passing by and I told her I was there to pick up my online order, she stopped wrote my name down and came back with my order. Very nice and polite and told me don't be in a hurry take your time! Was ready to check out and I had my $5 rewards she took my phone and scanned it and we talked and laughed about her daughter being pregnant. I really loved being able to go in and out within mins plus I was on my lunch break 25 mins away...I got back to work and still had time to sit in my car and rest before going in!!! Thank you Lisa for making my experience a great one!! KUDOS TO YOU!! I'll definitely be back to this store!

I give them 1 star because I love the clothes but customer service and trying to get an online order is like pulling teeth when you absolutely have none. I have been on the phone more with this company in the past 3 months than my previous cable provider. I previously received a credit card that I cant use because for some reason customer service keeps canceling my orders which representative stated can be done at any time. I guess they will cancel it when I don't use it. Cancel that since you cancel everything else.

Terrible customer service. What started as a online purchase and pick up at the store has now turned into three trips. i guess the last trip is my fault since i didn't make sure they did their job in removing the security tag. They charged my card twice. They dont seem to know what they're doing and all three ladies were helping one customer for 15 minutes while the line grew longer and longer; that customer still did not leave happy. If you can, dont shop at this location
