Just called moments ago & said hi, how are you to the lady that answered. She took a deep breath and smacked her lips to say “what do you need” I told her nothing and hung up the phone. There is no way in the world that I would leave my child with people who does not even have the common decency to greet people properly that calls in. Ridiculous

Hello I attended this daycare personally when I was young. I would say age 9-12. Man when I tell you I liked this place and especially the friendships I made here. This place was a core memory. I rmr I was friends with Mr.lance kid. I think his name was tony. He was a great friend tell him Matthew said what’s up. Anyways this place is great in the summer. We went on field trips and just did a whole lot. But the had like grass problems in the back too many spikey things they suck.

For the After schoolers, the Person in charge of their class/care is a very young girl named melony martinez vega who constantly yells at the children and is always on her phone. My children were thirsty and she threw their cups of water on the floor and told them if they were thirsty, they can drink from the sink. About a few days later, my children were sent to her to receive their snack and again, she was disrespectfully rude and slammed the door in their face. As a child care provider, this behavior is extremely unacceptable. Very unsuitable for this position, Its like they just hire anybody. I had no choice but to withdraw my children. As a mother you will not allow for anyone to treat your child in such manor.

After looking at so many other daycares, we chose here and are glad we did! We have had a great experience. Our son loves going to preschool here. The videos and photos we get throughout the day helped with the anxiety we had when we first started. Definitely would recommend to any parents looking for child care.

I absolutely love this daycare facility! I love the staff and the director! My daughter has been going since she was 6wks old and she is 2yrs now. She has learned so much! I love that they do all types of activities with the children. I am grateful for the staff there! Mrs. Ty, Mrs. Marie, Mrs Mayra and Mrs Francine are all wonderful!! All the staff is great!! My child loves going! She does not cry when I drop her off. I never have to worry about her when I'm working because I know she is in good hands there. She is very smart! Thanks to The Learning Tree for all the educational and fun activities you all do with her. I would give this place 1,000 stars if I could. I highly recommend ??

HIGHLY Recommend; I loved it from the moment of the phone call. Mrs.Tyeshia is very informative and very welcoming !!! My kiddos loved it from the moment they came in she was already happy with my kids. She was very sweet and any questions I have had to ask she answered them and was sure to let us know if we needed to ask any more questions we would be able to calm her and ask. The class rooms are WELL organized and WELL kept clean. Also , accepts assistance for working mommies and daddies.Thank you Mrs. Ty for that welcoming visit. It brang me comfort knowing my kiddos will soon attend your school program ❤️Update on my post, my kids have attended for a few months now. I just have to say if I can truly give this school a million stars I absolutely would. This school/daycare is the best !! I absolutely love it. My kids come home happy about their day a ready to go to bed to see their friends and most of all their teachers !! Everyone is super loving , caring and nice !! I highly , highly recommend. From the owner of the school , to the staff everyone is just a huge family.they are very involved with the school. As a mother with anxiety I can say this school/daycare doesn’t give me any. I work peacefully knowing they are there. Thank you TLTA !! Everything you do is amazing and I pray more parents come to your school !!

It’s very unprofessional when a business is not open at the time it says it will be open especially a day care can I charge a late fee? Opens at 6 am door not really open till 6:06 am !! I’m late for work

Great daycare. There is no such thing as the perfect daycare. We are at a more expensive daycare, and we miss this place. They have cameras in each room, and they do their best to provide good custom service.

Both my daughters attend this daycare and I cannot express how grateful I am for the teachers at this daycare. They take care of my children like they are theirs, my 3 year old has learned so much and sometimes we are shocked as to how much she knows. Her teacher Mrs Francine is wonderful. Mrs. Gwen is awesome, she takes care of my 1 1/2 year old and is helping her get adjusted to daycare as Mrs Myra and Mrs Melinda do as well if Mrs. Gwen is not there. I highly recommend this daycare. I changed jobs and I am willing to drive more to take them to daycare just because I know they will take care of my babies.

We looked at other day cares in the the area and I knew the learning tree was for us as soon as I walked in the door. Ms. Ty and Mr. Lance are good people, they care about the kids and make us feel like family. My son has been at The Learning Tree Academy since he was 6 weeks old, Ms Mayra was his first teacher and she is great with the infants, very patient and loving. My son is now 3 and in Ms Francine's class. She is an awesome teacher! I was amazed at how much my son has learned in her class. He says the pledge of allegiance, a few nursery rhymes and knows his birthday! I haven't had any issues with the teachers they have always taken great care of my kiddos and if there were any issues with other students they were always on top of them. I think I have received 3-4 calls in the past 3 years and have only had to pick my son up once but other than that they understand that we are working parents and they won't call you at work unless it is absolutely necessary. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and to everyone!

Absolutely the best daycare my child has ever been to. I usually do not write reviews because everyone has their own opinion on things and have bad experiences. My son has been here for a year and some months now and we've loved it here since week one. I say week one because of course its hard for them to get accustomed to new people and places but one week is really good compared to other child care facilities he's been to. My God. I am so thankful for The Learning Tree Academy. I am a single mother to my 3 year old son and these people have become like family to us. He first started attending this center when i found a job in the Irving area. Since then I've moved twice and found multiple new jobs including richardson and carrollton, but not once have i thought about taking my son to another daycare even if it means i have an hour and a half or two hour commute to work. Not only do they have wonderful staff but my son has learned soooo much including ABCs, numbers, he knows all days of the week all months of the year (english and spanish) and also some anatomy terms for the body parts. I can go on and on about our experience here. I would not dream of taking my child elsewhere because this is not just a childcare facility to us. This is home\family. We love you guys.

I really thought this was a decent place to take a child but I had the hardest time ever. The teachers and directors were not accomodating and dismissed my child from the beginning. They singled a 3 year old out and placed her in the office daily with claims of bad behavior but never expressed much details in person. that is unacceptable and does not help develop a child in any way. They are money hungry and the teacher will pick on your child for everything little thing. They called me almost everyday while I was working to tell me they kicked my child out the class. What a joke of a place. They do not know how to handle children and the teacher was god awful in the 3 year old class room. My child is much happier where she is now and adjusting well at her new school. I wasted time and money at this awful place. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

My kids have been going here for about 6 months now and they LOVE it! It is a smaller facility which is nice because the kids don't get overwhelmed. The teachers are great! My kids have learned and absorbed so much since they started going here. The owners are so involved too; they are there everyday, interacting with the kids. I don't have any complaints about this place. Hoping we can use them until my kids go to school!
