Great customizable POS system. A little pricey but the support and features are wonderful. It comes with options to have online ordering presence and delivery with maps. I highly recommend Eddie LeBon to work with as he is on top of it and can answer any question you have truthfully and honestly.

I purchased this Great Pos system with good technical support that has become even better over time. I needed a customizable system with online ordering and delivery and this does it all. Constant new software updates and additional hiring of technicians have really impressed me. Most of the time pos companies go backwards as was my experience with other companies in the past. The wow you in the beginning but leave little to be desired with time. I highly recommend talking to Eddie LeBon he was my sales rep. Answered all my questions truthfully and honestly.

If I could give zero i would. The tech support is atrocious. I've had over a minute lag processing every order for over 3 month's and they can't figure it out. In our businesses we all understand how fast customer service is crucial. On a busy Friday night a minute processing each order is a big deal. I've had customers leaving me because of the wait times, employee's quiting because of the pressure, and loss of crucial management hours dealing with tech support. I've been with Thrive and Diamond touch since the early 90s. Granbury still don't consider me a l valuable client. I would go with a company like Toast that has awesome support and product.

If you want your restaurant to loose, use Thrive as a POS system. Your system will be down minimum once a week, your online ordering works occasionally, your CC deposits are either delayed or wrong, and you will get the worst and most irresponsible customer support or account managers!!

I've been dealing with Eddie Lebon on my Thrive POS. I can't express enough how diligent and professional he was helping me navigate the system. I highly recommend using Eddie Lebon and Thrive company for anyone who is in the restaurant and pizzeria business.

Been a customer for 7 years, arguably the absolute worst system, support, and management. Haven't seen a rep since the install, cant get an onsite tech which we need badly. Continual unresolved problems. the absolute worst experience of owning a pizza place.
Anyone that wants to buy this system, be prepared to be continually frustrated to no end. Zero stars.

I can’t thank Eddie enough for working so fast and expediting our order. We have a 5 station setup w/ Thrive and when our main station went on us, We had our replacement the very next day. The techs were great and had us up and running within minutes. Thank you very much, to the Granbury team!!

Our pizza shop in Ohio has been a customer for many years and we have just decided to upgrade our service with them and continue working together for the next several years. They have also been very patient with us through the years as we are a little less technically inclined than many other companies.
