This is my first visit to the store, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the customer service. The representative at the counter, Abdeu, was exceptionally helpful and assisted me with all my needs. I will definitely return and recommend this store to others

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to see this. "Will be back at 1:30, it was 12:55. Im from out of town and was trying to squeeze a stick in before my flight. Thanks for nothing. Oh and your competitor was working.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I JUST LEFT THE STORE AFTER A 30-45 MIN SITUATION WITH THE GUY ON THE INSIDE. HE RAN MY CARD FOR 73.59 AND LET ME LEAVE.. CAME OUT TO MY CAR TO TELL ME IT ONLY CHARGE ME 25.00 WHEN I KNEW THAT WASNT CORRECT I WENT INSIDE AND TIRED TO BE A NICE AND POSSIBLE UNTIL I WAS TOLD I WAS A LIAR BY THE OWNER OR THE MANAGER HE CALLED. I CALLED MY CARD TO LET THEM HERE MY RECENT TRANSACTION OF THE 73.59 AND HE STILL CALLED ME A LIAR AND TOLD ME IT WASNT CHARGED. ITS EMBARRASSING WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE COMING IN AND OUT AND THE OWNER IS ON FACETIME CALLING A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THERE A MONTH ON HOOKAH SUPPLIES FOR MY BUSINESS. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THE MANAGER MUHAMOOD OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT THEN HAD THE DUDE IN THE STORE SEARCH THERE CREDIT CARD SYSTEM LIKE I SUGGESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE TO COME OUT AND SAY THAT IT WAS CHARGED. SO INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING THAT YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND YOUR OWN SYSTEM I WAS ACCUSED OF BEING A LIAR AND HARRASSED BY THE MANAGER ON THE PHONE. HE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. GO TO THE SMOKE SHOP ON ESTERS CALLED SMOKE EXPRESS THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY CHEAPER AFTER GOING THERE TODAY. THIS WAS EMBARRASSING AND COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. I WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE I KNOW IN THIS AREA ABOUT THIS AND ALL MY FOLLOWERS.

do not spend your money here!!!! i just left the store after a 30-45 min situation with the guy on the inside. he ran my card for 73.59 and let me leave.. came out to my car to tell me it only charge me 25.00 when i knew that wasnt correct i went inside and tired to be a nice and possible until i was told i was a liar by the owner or the manager he called. i called my card to let them here my recent transaction of the 73.59 and he still called me a liar and told me it wasnt charged. its embarrassing when you have people coming in and out and the owner is on facetime calling a customer who spends hundreds of dollars there a month on hookah supplies for my business. i will take my business elsewhere. the manager muhamood or something like that then had the dude in the store search there credit card system like i suggested in the first place to come out and say that it was charged. so instead of just saying that you didnt understand your own system i was accused of being a liar and harrassed by the manager on the phone. he is disrespectful and unprofessional. do not waste your money.. go to the smoke shop on esters called smoke express they will take care of you and they are actually cheaper after going there today. this was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. i will make sure i let everyone i know in this area about this and all my followers.

First time ever going there. The young man behind the counter was as helpful and friendly as you can ever ask. Humidor selections are plentiful, and the prices are reasonable as well. The guy even said that I can bring my torch lighter back and he'll refill it with butane for me! They just got a new customer for sure!
