I had a great first experience at the pharmacy thanks to Jeremiah! He’s incredibly friendly, efficient, and provides excellent service. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about making the process smooth and stress free, highly recommend!

I have been using this pharmacy because of the pharmacist, Sam and his tech, Jeremiah. I see some of the negative reviews here and would direct anyone to deal with these two people I listed. I have NEVER been treated anything less that remarkable from Sam and Jeremiah!

Good stock, but the most expensive grocery store I've ever been in. I think it's more expensive than whole foods. Most prices are a third higher than anyplace else. Although if you have your Tom Thumb shoppers card, that helps a little.

This TomThumb Pharmacy is convenient to use since I typically shop here. In general I like the service at this pharmacy, but what I don't like is that they don't have their staff provide priority service to the customers waiting in line. On my last visit, there was a least four staff members, not counting the pharmacist, behind the counter and only one was working the pickup line. There was a least three people waiting to pickup prescriptions, while the other three staff members were doing other tasks. I get it that they need to do other work like fill prescriptions and such, but when people are standing in line for several minutes and longer waiting to pickup their prescriptions, they should pause what they are doing and have one other staff member assist the customers waiting in line. I've walked into the store many times and saw nobody in line. So obviously this is when their focus is on their other tasks. And when customers are there to pickup prescriptions, standing in line, then this should be their priority. Very disappointed in the pharmacy management.

I was having difficulty with my previous pharmacy. My husband suggested I go to the Tom Thumb Pharmacy on MacArthur in Irving. I spoke to the Manager of the Pharmacy and not only did she assist me with my prescription she also provided me with information on RSV, based upon my specific health conditions. I will take this information to my doctor to discuss next steps. A huge thank you to a pharmacist that actually cares about the patient they are treating. Happy New Year!

Went to pharmacy today first time being here the gentleman took very good care of me was very courteous made sure I was in and out even the gurl checking me out was amazing best customer service I have ever encountered at a pharmacy
