TowPal came through for me and my motorhome. I have been waiting 7 days to have my RV towed through Good Sam roadside assistance which had been a nightmare, but TowPal finally made the tow happen. They were patient with the incessant calls from Good Sam and challenging coordination. Thank you to Tow Pal and Eddie!

I was charged $110 for a tire shop that’s 8 mins away. I paid the fee as I was stuck in highway with flat tire which is ridiculous. I was told eta will be 60 mins and had to wait 2 hours. No communication, no update,no way to track it. I had to call them plenty times and I would be put on hold for long time with no response. Terrible service. Finally when they came, they made excuse of being stuck somewhere else….well don’t tell people 60 mins when you don’t have other drivers to help. Definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t know why they have 5 starts. Pretty sure it’s by their own company employees. Save your time and money.

Have used them twice now!
Called around different towing services when needed a tow, but their prices were higher with usually longer arrival periods.
Zak’s towing & his partner were efficient, friendly, professional. Trusted them with handling everything from start to finish.
They are now my #1 go to call for any tow anytime. Recommended to all my friends, family! Thank you
