They charge 200$ for job that was done in 5 minutes, car was not even towed. They just use winch to put car from winch. I do not think it was 200$ effort

My company was in a pinch because our large cargo box van had broken down. It's an extra large vehicle. After I had called around with no good leads, Jean from TowPal (100 Towing) texted and began the smoothest process for setting up a time to pick up and deliver the vehicle. They could have done it within an hour or two, but we decided to wait until the morning light. The driver was prompt; Jean was responsive even early the next morning. And the price was fair - they even offered a veteran's discount! Well done!

Once again, the crew from TowPal came through to save me, and my day!! Fastest tow truck in DFW. Rush hour traffic on George Bush near Las Colinas, but they managed to get to me in 20 minutes!!! They also knew where I could get a new tire at 6:39pm!! Thanks so much!! Highly recommend to anyone looking online not knowing who to trust to tow your vehicle!

Talk about kind people! I got a flat tire on the highway and it obviously sucked. It’s never fun getting a flat tire. However, the people at TowPal were so kind, fast / careful while working, and didn’t blink twice offering me a ride. They genuinely wanted to see me get this resolved asap. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got to me and to the tire shop! I went from thinking my whole day was going to be a wash to being all done by noon. I mean I was so happy I took a picture with them ?. Embarrassing? Probably, but I really was happy with them!I wouldn’t blink twice using this service again.Service: Car towing

AFFORDABLE, FAST, & FRIENDLY!!I had to get my car towed after it died on me, but the first place was too expensive! I called TowPal and they were WAY more affordable & not only that, but they were there in minutes! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants fast & friendly service.

Got locked out of my truck while at the gas station. FML with fancy automatic locks! Phone was locked inside the truck. Called TowPal from my Mom's flip phone and they arrived in 35 min. to unlock the truck. Saved the Day! Definitely recommend!Service: Car lockouts
