only 3 stars because there is no longer complimentary car wash when having car serviced since pandemic hit. Also, the cookies aren’t as good as they used to be either but I was happy with the service manager, Joel Hernandez. Very courteous and always professional and friendly.

On two separate occasions, with two separate vehicles, I have had terrible experiences with the service department. Know that (at least at this location) they are not in the business of service, but rather SELLING SERVICES.You're better off going to your local shop. I recommend Rick's.The first time, I already knew what the issue was and came in for a quote on the fix. After running their mandatory diagnostic ($150), they informed me they could not find anything wrong with my car other than their recommended preventative maintenance repairs totaling half the cost of the vehicle. I had to go on a ride with the service technician explain that this was a common steering column issue with older highlander models and then tell him what parts would be needed. I ended up taking it to my local shop and getting it fixed for half their quote, but regret wasting my time here.The second time, my catalytic converter had been stolen. I needed a new one from the manufacturer, after trying two aftermarket parts. I called the service department to get some information on a part (price and lead time). Instead of directing me to the parts department or just looking it up, they condescendingly asked me if I was "sure" I needed this part. Then proceeded to refuse to give me any information without paying a full diagnostic fee. (I had already had another Toyota and a local shop diagnose the issue). The service manager E. Alvarez told me, "Don't you know we're not connected with other Toyotas? If you want any of that information, you're going to have to pay me $150 to run a diagnostic."Do not waste your time at this service department.

I received a coupon by mail, $59.95 oil & filter change, tire rotation, complementary brake inspection and complementary multi-point inspection. So I went to the dealer the last tuesday (10/22), I walked in to the desk and a women ask me a couple questions. At the end she said I have only $10 off for my oil change and tire rotation, the total cost was around $100 plus tax, to me is a big scam to catch customers and they charge whatever they want, no matter what the coupon said. Today I'm still waiting for the supervisor of the service department to call me back and explain how a coupon of $59.95 it's going to be over $100.00

Stephen Hollander (3012) was wonderful to work with. Great customer service. Very helpful. He’s a great advocate for the customer. We have bought and serviced all of our cars at Toyota of Irving because of their excellent service.

I always have a great experience at this Toyota location merely because of the customer service Ken Hawkins provides! He is always thorough in explanation and provides the best customer service! I wish everyone in the department were as kindly. I will only continue to patronize this location because of Ken!

Junior my salesman was awesome!! He was very patient and attentive to me. He helped me get into a great vehicle and I would recommend them as they went above and beyond as I went to two other dealerships and they did not help me like Irving Toyota did.

I will never do business with them again and you should follow suit If you don't want to be scammed. I took my car to the dealership like I have for the last 9 years due to my check engine light being on. I had a misfire in 2 of my cylinders. Prior to going to the dealership autozone and another mechanic both confirmed the misfire. Toyota told me there was no misfire and sold me a battery service for $265. The head mechanic said he thinks the issue is the battery. A month later I have the same exact problem I had a month prior. I had to pay $155 twice for a diagnostic fee. The second time they told me I had a misfire which I already knew. To fix my issue Toyota wanted me to replace all the coils on my car that I just recently replaced and charge me $760 dollars. I refused the service. I went to autozone after wasting 6 hours dealing with Toyota's incompetence. The coil was still under warranty and I got a free replacement. After I put the new part in my car the check engine light went off on its on and it didn't cost me anything. Took a total of 5 mins to swap the part. Be aware of these scammers. They'll tell you since your parts aren't genuine Toyota parts or aftermarket that it'll cause issues which is a complete lie. You do not have to use their parts. Do not fall for their lies and overpriced service.

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever step foot in. I regret my purchase from there dearly. You guys talk a good game when it comes to selling this vehicles. But when it comes to actually helping this good hard working customers you guys turn the other way. I purchased a brand new Tundra last month and it came with a defect. There is a crack that’s coming out from the front corner windshield. I took it in and the poor Excuse they gave me was oh a rock hit it and there’s nothing we can do about it. Nothing but incompetence people working over there.

So I have visited them due to a missing part from the car that holds some other parts(I am not sure about the name of this part), so they have fixed it until they order the new part for me and install it next week, but after I left with 1 day the car keep heating and the check engine light popped up in my dash(after closing the car for sometime it will disappear), I'm not sure what did they do also I have a problem with the cold AC, So I am waiting for them to call back to install the part and then I will communicate this 2 problems with them, I hope it will be something minor.But on the other hand, I had an issue with my warranty, and it took me some time to understand the problem the new manager was so helpful and he explained to me the problem.

My car services were completed at a timely manner, I will be coming back for more services. Vanessa was an amazing help. I literally walked in just to look at what I wanted. Just doing research and gather more information. I didn’t think to buy a car so soon because I thought I didn’t meet the requirements, but Vanessa was extremely helpful and got me approved. She did an exceptional job! The two times I was here, I had stellar service. I have been to different dealerships before, but there is something about this one, the vibe, the people, everyone from the front desk to the gift shop was exceptionally professional, and courteous. Plus they have a gift shop that sells cool things like a little mall store. This is now one of my favorite businesses in Irving.Now that I have obtained their names: Pablo Garcia, and Joel Hernandez, these gentlemen have set a new standard for professionalism. My interaction with Mr. Garcia consisted of a routine maintenance, since it was a while ago, I cannot remember the details, but I remember walking out feeling like my time and status as a customer was exceptionally valued and respected. Today, Mr. Hernandez explained to me the report on my car with exceptional detail, using analogy to help me understand not only what's going on with the report, but also the proportion and extent of how much I need to worry about it, and what actions are recommended. The know-how, communication skills, no time wasted, the courtesy made me feel as a valued customer, and as a busy professional myself, I have nothing but respect and gratitude. Toyota of Irving sets a standard for all customer service professionals to aspire.

We purchased our first car here in 2007 and our sales man was great. We returned to buy my son his first car, our sales man was Jonathan. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. He was kind, patient, not pushy and my son got a beautiful 2020 Camry that he loved. Carlos in finance was also patient, not rushed and stopped to explain the different coverages. We will be back hopefully soon, to get ourselves a new car. Jonathan had perfect timing when he followed up, the exact day we had planned to go out and look at dealerships just so my son could look around. We didn’t go anywhere else and loved the car that we found. Jonathan was very kind, respectful, patient and soo helpful.

Have been coming here for several years and they do a good job trying to provide the best service possible. It gets very busy, so bring your patience because getting out of there in an hour and half is typical. I've compared prices with other providers (ie: oil change, tires, etc) and their prices are comparable with others.

Attention to all current andor future toyota of irving customers!!! toyota of irving sold me a car with a fraudulent carfax! i highly recommend checking your car's carfax yourself, and not the papers the dealership give you upon purchase. i checked my car's carfax and realized there was an accident that was reported on the original carfax around 2 years before ever purchasing it, however (and pay attention to what you're about to read), the carfax the dealership gave us said otherwise !!! i came back to them and talked to a sales manager who told us to get with the general sales manager who will be there the day after. the day after comes, and the general manager basically tells us that its our problem to deal with and not theres. we're definitely not ones to be tampered around with, we'l be moving forward with legal proceedings.god bless and know where you shop!
