I got my hair done by Flor she gave me exactly what I wanted my layers came out so soft and the volume is perfect everything was perfect she is truly a great stylist I highly recommend her she’s kind and very professional.

The first time I went to this Ulta it was for a workshop they were hosting and I was paired up with Flor. She is so amazing and sweet, took her time to explain everything in full detail. I knew I had a terrible haircut and she explained to me in a way that it could easily be fixed. I made an appointment and gave her a shot. I was instantly in love with my new haircut and she even explain the proper way to wash a hair and style it. I have been going to Flor for awhile now and I decided to do a drastic change and I am glad Flor was able to make my vision come to life. I highly recommend Flor to anyone! Not a lot of stylist will give you recommendations and tips and I truly appreciate it her for that! I dumped my old hairstylist and will be going with Flor from here on out.

There has been a huge difference in the employees at this location. I’ve been coming here for years and it used to be amazing. I could confidently ask employees for help and I wouldn’t be shamed into picking a certain brand or shade. Now, I can’t say the same. I’ve been to this ulta several times in the past month and the employees suck. I’m not one to go around writing lots of bad reviews and I understand people can have bad days or be busy. But if on consistently different occasions you’re engrossed in your phone and rushing through shade matching barely listening to the customer then something is wrong. In my seven times at this store in June my only positive encounter was with Joey. He was amazing and really listened to me when I told him what worked for me and what didn’t. The two other people that shade matched me were horrible. When I mentioned not liking a certain brand due to allergies or disliking a shade match and wanting one for another brand they were sitting there arguing with me? I looked like a clown after leaving and took my business to Sephora. Safe to say I’m never coming here again.

Maybe it was an off day, but this store is incredibly inattentive... be it the makeup item I was looking for, and individual brush item i needed, the skin care I couldn't find..
I even thought to maybe pick up a new perfume, and I sure had a question... no one... unfortunately there was woman that I thought may have been a customer, turned out she was an employee and she was busy checking herself out on her phone.. so I dipped. Never cheating on my preferred location again. (One sweet lady did answer an immediate question I had upon entering unfortunately that makeup brand was just discontinued there) not coming back here any time soon

Worst Ulta experience.. No sense of customer service whatsoever. No one smiles, just looks at you weird or on their phone.. sorry I’m here with my backpack because my gf is getting a haircut and I wanna get some work done.. am I now allowed to glance at you perfumes while I wait?!?! Why even have them in open.. leave me alone and let me shop and/or wait.
Keep your condescending “Can I help you?”… as you follow me, at bay.
