After calling the restaurant two times, and being told that they were gonna refund my money from the food that wasn’t no good night. I emailed corporate and finally got my money back and I was thankful for that because the food was horrible

I booked some tables for my mom's 60th Surprise party with the Uncle Julios events team and from beginning to end the experience was absolutely terrible. The person I "worked" with made a bunch of promises, then sent me the agreement, with wildly inaccurate information (nothing even similar to what was discussed) with a cost of almost three times the agreed upon price. After several days and emails (unable to reach anyone by phone and when you call the restaurant itself they say you have to call corporate) it finally got resolved after much back and forth. I was even promised a private room, then it was booked, then i could have it again. Had it not been such a big event I would have just canceled it. Then, at the end of the event I paid the bill in full. A MONTH later, I was charged again!! Almost $500!! Obscene! I have never had such a negative experience with any business. Ever. This was for such an important event and every step of the process was made so much more difficult by this team.I would like to add that the staff at the restaurant itself were incredible and went above and beyond on the night of the event. But I will never go back, nor will my family. This is not acceptable, and charging me twice was just the cherry on top.

So surprised to see the 1 and 2 star ratings. We ate at Uncle Julios, ********************, ******, and it's was great! Food was delicious and service was outstanding!! We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Patrons and restaurant goers please check your credit/debit/bank accounts once you dine at this establishment. My wife and I recently ate lunch at Uncle Julio's on Sunday January 22nd. We got our bill paid and left a tip, however the bill was manipulated/tampered to reflect a higher tip than what was authorized(theft). I got an alert on my phone stating my card was charged said amount which was not the authorized amount. I immediately reported this to the management staff Mr. Valdron Ingram who stated that he reported it up to their corporate office. Mr. Ingram stated it would take 24-48hrs for someone to contact me, that time has since passed with no contact. I reported the issue to my bank and I am going to file a police report with the prince william police department for criminal charges. Please check your bill and ensure your credit/bank card is charged the correct amount. I am going to pay cash from now on while dining out going forward to avoid these type of fraudulent activities

I am a regular customer at Uncle Julio and I’ve never experienced bad customer service or bad food from any location until tonight. We went to the location in Arlington tonight and honestly I will not go back. We received bad customer service from the start no sliver wear, no paper towels/napkins, no straws and our drinks or refills was never taken care of correctly. We arrived at 7 for our party but did not get to order our food for over 30 minutes. This location was not packed or busy with customers at all. After ordering our food it took the staff over 40 minutes to prepare our meal; however, all the meals for our table was very cold, which placed a bad taste in the mouths of our guest that finally had a opportunity to try Uncle Julio’s for the first time. We spoke with the manager on staff but he didn’t care about what we was experiencing or tried to fix the problem. Instead he walked off from our table to help someone else. What has happened to this restaurant? Terrible experience twice in a row. NO EXCUSES UNCLE JULIO's. I had a to-go order last month, food was horrible. dry, not fresh, chips stale. Fajitas were dry. Awful. Thought maybe it was just bad day. Since I love this restaurant I quickly forgave. Then Tuesday night visited Arlington location (off I-20 and Matlock) arrived ordered drinks party of two. Order fajitas, waited and waited, 15 minutes go by then 20, I told our server we are frustrated, where is our food? he said I will go check, then the manager came over apologies and say "See, (in a talk-down manner) Fajitas take at least 18 minutes to cook". I said well, it's been 25 minutes so what is the excuse??!!Then two tables that were arrived after us, here comes their food. 8 minutes later my table got their food. I said, no! we are gone, this has proven what Uncle Julio's thinks of their customers. You lost a very very loyal customer. I loved this place, but when you treat loyal customers like this, I am out.

I as well will never go back cold food, had fajitas 5 pieces meat very small and you wanted me to pay 22 dollars. Complained to manger showed the uneatable meat and says to me I will share your concerns. You use to be a great place to have happy hour well no worries here. Changing locations and it will not be this place. Stay away from Allen Texas.

I have been going to the drive through for years and it's been great and the staff was friendly. I went this evening and the girl taking the order told me she would be with me in a minute. It was pouring rain and my car was getting soaked inside so I rolled up my window. She started looking at me so I rolled down the window. She said rudely I'll take your order when you get ready, I told her I had been ready but was getting soaked. She never said thank you so I asked her where the other girls were because she was rude. She said I'm taking the orders and she shut the window while I was talking. I got home and my tenders were crispy and dried out.Athens Texas

I have made several attempts at contacting your corporate office to which I have left my phone number as well as my email address. This is in reference to what we believe to be a racist incident that occurred on 05/07/2022 in your Colorado Springs Restaurant located at 5246 N. Nevada Ave. I have left 2 messages with Taylor and one with Gregg to have Kira call me and to date she has failed to do so. I would appreciate someone from Uncle Julio's Corporate office to reach out to me asap. Thanks in advance for your help with this issue, I will also be contacting Uncle Julio's until I receive a call back from them.

Payroll, Management both are an issue. Not sure how they get anything done or can address genuine concerns from there staff and customers considering they dont anwer phone calls. Worked two weeks yet its has been 4 week passed and i haven't seen a paycheck due to slacking on the management end.... I am truly disgusted by the way business is operated with this company....not to mention i still haven't been paid yet i have done the work....i guess they think free labor is an acceptable lifestyle these days... On top of they what are they doing wit the information(identification&Social security) they receive from these unpaid employees? Fraud possibly?

Frontenac Mo. location: please read the reviews before heading to Uncle Julio’s. This restaurant is NOT BBB Accredited and have grade F. The food is horrible and overpriced especially for non authentic Mexican food. You are better off going to Taco Bell. The service is not better. Don’t waist your time and money

So I did write a Complaint for the uncle Julio’s restaurant in Brookfield Wisconsin and has been removed, so I reposted the review again and I guess they let the manager slide with anything I want to do we are not happy with what happened yesterday if she doesn’t want to greet Mexican people eating at the restaurant then she shouldn’t be working at a Mexican restaurant herself!!!??

Columbia location is awesome! Annapolis location is terrible. Bad service, cold food & reprehensible representation. Whole staff should be replaced ASAP!
