  Website is beyond slow and FULL of glitches starting at login all through the upload process. Staff is unreasonable and difficult to work with. The things they require to be uploaded, and then they dont even accept the documents 🤦🏼‍♀️employers: use a different company, dont make your employees deal with this... read full comment

  They keep on telling our COBRA payments can't be processed due to incorrect bank account information. This is total BS. We've had the same bank account for over 35 years.

  Absolutely terrible website and app. Nothing loads of functions while trying to submit documents. A high school computer class could have designed a better functioning website. Simply resetting my password was an issue since the website would not send a reset email to me despite multiple attempts.
