Very happy overall with Universal Med Supply. The rep Kasper was super helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services when necessary. Living in Hawaii presents many challenges but Kasper always kept me informed and was very helpful in getting the proper paperwork completed.

They are the worst customer care people I have dealt with in a long time—maybe I haven't dealt with anyone this bad. These people deal with the elderly and people with disabilities and take full advantage of their vulnerability. Everything that goes wrong with the product supplied has only a thirty-day warranty. All service calls take weeks before they can come out to make the repairs. They argue with the customer about everything and will not repair anything they don't try to make you pay for out of pocket. Apparently, they sell you the cheapest product yet charge a premium for that product. They do not stand behind the product they sell. Or better yet they as stand as far behind the product as they can. Do not I repeat do not buy any thing from these people. If you do its your fault as you have been warned

First I want to say that this company is full of crap they tell you what you want to hear just to get sale and then don’t fill their promises. I am handicap do to having a stroke I got the chair in may and the beginning of October I noticed that screw are coming out and I lost one of them and the chair will cut off and go in some mode when I back up. I made an appointment to take the chair in and then I got a call from Amy saying that they will be charging $75.00 to tighten a few screws and make a few adjustments to the chair. I can’t wait for the five year to be up so I can get a new one with a different company

The gentleman who brought me my power wheelchair was very polite and answered all questions I had. Universal Med is a wonderful company and they helped me through getting my chair.

All I can say about Universal Med Supply is praise, especially the service & folks working for this great company.
Everyone from inception to the delivery of my wheelchair whether it be in Texas or Hawai’i, went above & beyond my expectations.
And their product is far better than anything I had seen.
I recommend then to my friends & enemies - anyone with the highest enthusiasm.
