There is no US Bank in Texas! This location is only mortgage or whatever "other" financial needs, but it is NOT a bank. You cannot cash a check here or anything that constitutes "simple" banking. This is not a bank branch. Please mark it otherwise.

I had my initial doubts when after waiting on phone for a customer service agent for 1 hour to get info on signing up for a new credit card, they simply told me to go online and look up the credit card info and refused to provide me the info over the phone, saying " All you can do is check online", The rep was rude and later when i called them the next time after applying online to check on status, again after 1 hour wait in business hours on a thursday, she told me ... that i would need to mail in my social security card along with lease agreement and a copy of my DL for them to see if they want to open my credit card.I was only going to sign up for the 5% cashback offer, but with this kind of service i rather skip on this unprofessional joke of a bank....I have excellent credit along with 17 business cards including Amex Black and never ever I have been asked to mail my social security card.... and the lady on the phone was rude, unprofessional and non courteous... I have decided to not pursue with them further and drop the idea of a credit card with this bank. Also the bank's presence is in very limited locations... and after checking out other customer reviews, I am glad I decided to not deal with them any further.... Well Guys May be you don't care or bother to gain any new customers or clients...Cann't grow that way , better yet with your kind of service, you are better off not reaching to more people, it is a blessing in disguise not having them around....BEWARE Prospective Customers,This bank deserves negative ratings or ZERO stars..

Well my sister in law moved here to Texas from Washington state. There are no US BANK branches in Texas just ATMS. We had to drive to Alma Arkansas to close the account and get her money. 4 and a half hours each way. Customer service on the phone were horrible, but Veronica in the Alma Arkansas branch made up for it. She was a delight.

This is for the people who are looking for an actual bank lobby with tellers. It's not! Corporate offices yes. But if your having problems with your card and can't get cash off of your card. They have a US Bank ATM IN THE FRONT DOOR behind the guards desk to the right. I was having so much problems getting cash off my US Bank card but went there stuck in the slot and out came the money. This is FYI.

I am writing to express my significant frustration with this bank. My primary concern is the over-zealous, might I even say fanatical, nature of their fraud department. For the past year or more, I have been subject to REPEATEDLY having my card frozen for “suspected fraudulent activity “, often with no warning whatsoever so that my card is declined at the register during an attempted purchase. Not only is this embarrassing, time consuming, and frustrating, but it also costs me $$, because I am then using my credit with interest as a default payment method. Unfortunately, once the fraud czars have locked my card for whatever reason (once it was because an attempted purchase of home delivery meals for my daughter-in-law who had just had a baby), there is no way to unlock it without a phone call, often with a hold time, to their fraud department. I just got off the phone with Jenny from the fraud department and she is the ONLY representative in over a year who has actually helped me. Jenny checked for me and my card was spontaneously locked 9 times last year, meaning 9 times I had zero access to my own funds. She also told me that my card had been flagged early on as having been compromised and that I needed a new one, but I am here to tell you that was never indicated to me in any call to US Bank prior to today. Before today, despite my mounting frustration, each separate representative treated these as isolated instances of card compromise and after speaking to me, went ahead and unlocked my card. All was well for a while until it happened again out of the blue. Then I would call, they would unlock it, and the cycle continued. NINE TIMES. Only today did anyone (thank you, Jenny!) explain to me any concern with overarching card compromise. I acknowledge that sometimes when I travel, I forget to set the notification on my app, but this is not my issue. That’s on me. My issue is being home in my own zip code or nearby and having my card frozen. I have asked repeatedly to have fraud protection removed from this account completely and I’ll assume the risk, and been told that isn’t possible. Additionally, my frustration has been met at times with a stern tone as though some character flaw or personal defect of personality was compelling me to be short and snappy and unhappy on the phone rather than a NORMAL RESPONSE to having my funds held hostage by an entity that will neither be helpful nor take accountability. Only today have I achieved satisfaction of this issue, and sadly it’s a “little too little a little too late”, as I am going to put my $$ in another local bank that is happy to put a “CONTINUOUS TRAVEL” alert on my account so that it will NEVER be frozen. Ever. Unless I request that. US Bank, I look forward to closing my account with you, taking my valuables out of your SD box, and leaving you in the rear view mirror. Hasta la vista, baby.
