Exceptional Service by Rashida – A True Blessing!
We visited this USPS location for a walk-in passport service for our 11-day-old newborn. We had driven over 20 miles, and most other USPS locations were either unhelpful or indifferent. But Rashida, with her kind heart and warm attitude, truly stood out.
She listened patiently, understood our situation, and helped us without hesitation. Her compassion and professionalism made a stressful moment much easier for our family.
Unlike many USPS locations where people are often treated poorly, Rashida reminded us what great customer service really looks like.

I have a UPS Dilevery I don't have animals at my apartment and it keeps saying they tried to deliver but it had animal interference and when u call it has a robot service not perfectional

Horrible customer service, especially from the African American young lady. But I paid it no mind and got in and out. I don’t usually come to the post office. I go to FedEx where customer service is much better.

online information needs to be updated, stats that passport walk-in times are from 1:30-2:30 Wednesday-Friday… excuse was “a lot of people get it wrong/ or confused”. drove 30mins for that excuse btw.

Diane or Diana is rude and not helpful at all. She looked me in my face and told me she didn’t have any tape to tape the smallest package while I’m staring at the roll of tape on her desk. Then she told me to get out of line to go buy a whole roll of tape that cost 4$ after I just waited 30 minutes in line. Horrible experience. Diane you suck. Thanks for nothing. Driving to another post office now

2 weeks for a address change is completely unacceptable it literally takes the click of a button to change something this must be why my jobs biss model is crusing this place and gonna put them out of biss and it kills me because I have time sensitive ish I am waiting on. Love the promt gross incompetence

PASSPORT CUSTOMERS BEWARE - this location does not honor its passport walk-in hours, and will instead refuse service citing that walk-ins, and I can't make this up, must be registered five hours in advance.

I mailed my package on April 16th priority 2 to 3 days. It's the 23rd still showing processing from the 19th nothing else and was told they don't acknowledge priority unless it's 1 or 2 days.

I called them several times and they hang off , Looks like no body wants to talk. My package is marked delivered with individual and i still do not have it. These people are very strange how they can mark a package delivered with individual and is not delivered at all.

The usps attendant that attended to me acted as if usps could not print a label to ship my box. She said I had to write the information on the box. I ended up doing that as she said I had to do, and then she printed out a label (not showing the complete address I provided) and tried to put that label over the address info she made me write out on the box. Nonsensical. I also overheard another attendant treating a non-English speaking customer really poorly. I don’t know what is going on with USPS workers or where they hire these people from, but there definitely needs to be a complete overhaul. I work in professional services and interface with customers all the time. It’s not easy all the time, but I know there is still a level of professional decorum I need to maintain in a work environment. These USPS workers that I’ve recently encountered seemingly no longer have the temperament for their position.

The woman who wears a mask and an obvious wig is super rude and literally told me it would be $80 to mail 4 letters. I went to another USPS location and they said it was $19 for all 4. While she wasn’t rude to me, she was extremely rude to an older gentleman who didn’t speak English well, and while I was there she kept going “say Drake” ???? Girl take your stupid wig off and do your job correctly

Just spoke to a manager Kirkland lady very rude and unprofessional
We are retail store open seven days a week 10-7
They never delivered a package reason because we are closed at 3:51 pm on Saturday, when I offered to show the video that we were opening the whole day she refused and because very rude and gave us a option to pickup only otherwise she will send the package
No wonder they are the worst in the business because of people like Kirkland
