I really like this place great selection and quality products. I've been going here for months. I noticed that every time I go I pay 37.50 for the same thing every time. Except when Brenna is there she charges me 43. I came in on February 09,2025 at 11:41am and I got the same thing and I had a 5$ credit. Brenna charged me 36.71. now if I pay 37 without a discount on something that cost 32$ how is it I was charged 36.71 with a 5 dollar discount? I went back the next day and the guy told me she had to ring me up wrong. Well she been ringing me up wrong usually she charges me 43. So from this point on I will never go in there when Brenna is there. Everyone has a great attitude no matter the time except her she is always rude and mad. Bad for business. I keep all receipts because my discount was wasted because I still paid full price. Brenna please fix your attitude and stop over charging people. I don't want to believe it has to do with race because everyone else is so nice and never overcharge its just her that does this. I've been going to the competition on the days she is there

I went in this place on Friday.I had stopped using them because the store was nasty.Theres a new lady named Kaycee ( hope I spelled that right).This lady was so helpful and polite , I had to ask if they changed owners.The store was really clean!! The guy there is always rude!!! He don't want to help his customers.im going to tell my friends about this new lady.if you want great customer service at this place just ask for Kaycee!!

Went in today to look for a gift and Kimi(sorry if that's spelled wrong!) was so nice and helpful! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming and was happy to pull multiple pieces off the shelf for us to check out and helped us find the perfect gift and then we ended up getting another piece for ourselves ? great products and service!

They sell FAKE 21700 batteries. Already filed a chargeback because of this.

This store charged me twice for a transaction they messed up on. They told me they couldn’t do anything and to contact my bank. My bank said Vapor maven did the double charge and did not issue refund it’s been 5 days and still no refund and still no help whatsoever from Vapor maven it’s completely unprofessional and I will be filing police report
