I've been with this bank for years and they knew my name the second time I walked in the door, after opening an account. You're not just a number!Crystal and all the ladies there have been so amazing to me - treating me like I'm a huge depositor, which I'm most definitely not.If you're looking for a bank that treats you like a person, you can't go wrong with my friends at Irving Veritex.

I'm posting this because there are too many people like "MrKnowItAll" below me on this review board who are aptly named because they do think they know it all and leave bad reviews when they get called on their BS. I've been a customer of Veritex for over 10 years and have gotten to know Linda Potts by name as she has done great for me. I never have to worry about anything as far as money problems there and service is always prompt and excellent. I'd give 10/10 stars if I could but 5 is all that is allowed here. Ignore the moron with the 1-star review. You won't regret banking here.

These people have a fee or charge for everything when it comes to a card with them. I can't believe they can get away with robbing people of their hard earned money. Bank of America is down the street.

Great local bank. Service is top-notch. Good commercial lending capabilities, as well.

Nice to find a friendly bank that can handle all of your financial needs. Tellers that get to know customers by their names. No kiosks to meet you in the lobby just real people. Texas bankers, not from New York City. I have been a customer for years and plan on staying at Veritex.

I don't really do much banking here, but my Dad does and I'm on an account here with him. He likes it because they are near the house and don't charge him a fee on his checking account. This is a plus to him since most banks charge a monthly checking account fee. For me, I don't care for this bank at all. The lady that works at the drive-up window can't seem to comprehend that there is more than one person on our account. We have three people on it so we can all make deposits or really any kind of transactions. The drive-up window is where people usually go to do something quick and easy. We have our paperwork filled out and ready to go, but each time she has to go to the inside tellers (the other tellers not at the drive through) to ask if she can do something or how to do something as little as cash a check or even make a deposit. Every time I get hassled about it and she is completely rude. To not be able to complete a task that is done many times on a daily basis is a bit worrisome.
