This company is retarded outsourcing customer service to India where they have all these automated dialing machines. I can't even use my phone. I have to keep it on mute and miss all the calls because of these telemarketing machines out of India whenever I pick up the phone. It's some crackhead from India. I don't know what's wrong with this Companie taking their stuff to a third world country. And then they want you to give out your banking information to third world countries like how stupid.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. I moved home locations shortly after switching from AT&T to Verizon and realized it was a mistake. I was later informed there aren’t any Verizon towers near our home after noticing we never have cellular service. We never have service within a 10-20 mile radius of our house. I purchased an inseego mobile hotspot because home internet at my location was not offered at the time. I hooked it up and got it running just to find out if I put it in a window seal I’ll get it to somewhat work. More than one person on their phones you can forget it. I can’t watch tv and be on my phone at the same time. It will stop working for no apparent reason. I have fought with this thing for over a year. So I called to get a WiFi extender just to find out that it won’t work because there aren’t any towers within range for it to even work. So, finally after I year I get Starlink home internet and it’s perfect my phones work, tv is exceptional. I called customer service to see what I could do to possibly terminate the contract, because paying for something that doesn’t work and never has and trying other scenarios to get service at my home I was given options that I could do. I told the customer service lady I did not want to do that and every time after that she would tell me there are more options except what I needed. I was either going to terminate my internet and keep Verizon service or the alternative switch providers if they couldn’t meet my needs. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day. That was at 12pm central time and it is currently 9:09pm with no call back. I am going to give it one more shot tomorrow and if it continues to a dead end, Verizon will no longer have my business. I’m sure Verizon is a multi million/billion dollar company and losing a couple hundred dollars from one person seems to be a problem. I’ve had nothing but bad service at home and everywhere else since I’ve switched. I was told Verizon wants to do everything they can to meet customer needs and I’m getting everything except that.

Verizon sent me a letter from the cooperate office. The entire letter is in SPANISH!! I don't speak Spanish?. ???

After 20+ years with Verizon, regrettably in leaving for AT&T. Numerous times since July 2023 the network failed to meet my needs. The answer I get is "the network is less than optimal in that area". They know the network can not support their customer base. In the words of Paul Marcarelli, "Can you hear me now?" Attached are speed test results.

Thieves, to say the least paid off my balance & closed my account with them twice once in store & another over the phone and they continue to send me bills saying I owe them money

I have never been to this location nor have I ever used Verizon carrier and yet I checked then triple checked and I keep receiving phone calls from Irving Texas all with different numbers that my phone can’t tell are what clearly should be marked as spam or at this point HARRASMENT!! Because when I answer these numbers you immediately hear a clearly robotic female voice stuttering that says hello twice and then hangs up. I know for a fact these numbers are associated with this location and if they do not stop I am going to tell more than just the few people who will see this review. Don’t get on here and lie either it’s confirmed! So make the calls stop!

I closed my account with Verizon several months ago after having an account with them for over 2 years. I am a senior and use my cell very little so I had the cheapest plan, I thought..For a over a year I was paying 180.00 a month, then I finally was told by family that I was paying way too much, I went in to the local office here in Roseburg and was told oh that is wrong and I was paying 137.00, again my family said that is a rip off..So I closed my acct. and I always pay way ahead so Verizon OWES ME 182.00 because I had a credit balance..we it has been 5 months or more and I am still waiting for my money to be deposited in my account...??????????? Someone in your corporate office need to find out where my money and others money is going asap..Or maybe an attorney can speed it up.. Judy Ford Roseburg Ore.

I am a new customer. My device does me tnot work properly. I tried to switch devices. I was told because it was a new device let it upgrade. Well this went on and finally I said enough. The customer service department said go into the store upgrade device. Been to 2 stores and I cannot upgrade. They want 600 dollars to pay for the upgrade l. Customer service tricked me to wait and now I am stuck with a non working device. They are shady buyers beware
