When did Walgreens go so far downhill. I called about the availability of a medication. The pharmacy said they didn’t have it in stock. I asked if they could check inventory nearby. The response: “I’m going to say no because I don’t do that for anyone else”.I spoke to a family member who works at Walgreens in another state. They said Walgreen’s does have a database that allows them to check store inventory. It seems like the lazy team at this location simply doesn’t want to help out. Very disappointing.

The pharmacy is chaos and disorder. They book vaccine appointments without having vaccines. The reps do not give full attention. Avoid!

The waiting for the pick up in the photo print department is always a pain , I really don’t understand why it takes always a long time when there is no one in the store . I even went to the cashier to ask her if there was somebody in the photo print area to attend me and she ask her to come out through her radio . I just don’t understand why if she saw me standing there for around 5 minutes waiting and she couldn’t take the initiative to do that before . Then no one came and I went to ask the cashier again if someone was coming and she said , hopefully she come soon ! And I was like really ??? Terrible customer service

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY SERVICE!! EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE!! THE FEMALE WORKER AND MALE MANAGER BOTH HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. NO PATIENCE AT ALL WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS OR PROVIDING INFORMATION. ACTUALLY GOT MAD THAT I INQUIRED ABOUT PAST PRESCRIPTION REFILLS AND THE PRICE CHANGING. THE WOMAN TRIED TO LIE AND SAY SHE COULDNT CHECK PAST PRESCRIPTIONS BECAUSE ITS A NEW YEAR. THEN THE MALE MANAGER ACTUALLY GOT ON THE PHONE AND TRIED TO EVEN SLUR INSULTS SAYING ITS "BASIC MATH."..WOW. ITS RIDICULOUS. THE SERVICE IS SO TERRIBLE IM DEFINITELY ASKING MY DOCTOR TO CALL MY PRESCRIPTION INTO A DIFFERENT PHARMCY. THEY NEED NEW PHARMACY WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION WHO CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND STILL KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE KIND AND RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My experience covers the drive-thru pharmacy, mostly. In short, good employees! Polite, quick as possible, decent. They knew my father by name and recognized mine as his son. That's kind of neat! Things have changed in that because the staff changed, but that's just the way it is.That said, they **had** two lanes for the pharmacy. The outside lane is closed off and blocked, unfortunately. Which means longer wait times, which can be so very frustrating. I don't know what goes on inside the pharmacy-I do know that the wait time can be painful. If you visit this Walgreens and see more than 2-3 vehicles in line, strongly consider going in? We were in and out quicker than the cars in drive-thru.I mean, seriously...DAY 37: It has only moved 2.5 feet. I am so hungry, and thirsty beyond normal human comprehension. I will survive this and be better for it.DAY 61: Three other souls have joined this horrible, foul, venture. Doomed from the start, I hope and pray for salvation.DAY 211: Can–n't breathe good. I am but one c ccar away. Lord, give me strength .. nooo, can't. I'm... Done.... Uuuugh **dies**I'm having fun with this, but I'm going to ask if any Walgreens person is reading this. Please, for the love of any god at all, open that second lane.PLEASE I BEG OF YOU!!

Went to get my Covid vaccine(had an appointment) and stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Mind you there were at least 4 people walking back and forth chitchatting right in front of me.. (including the pharmacist) about their personal lives. Finally the girl at the counter asked if she could help me and it turns out they didn't even have the one I needed. I can go somewhere else for the vaccine I was just annoyed they literally ignored me at the counter. Unprofessional

Awful experience. After registering and making an appointment on line, I went to the location and checked in at their kiosk. I was greeted by the staff with..."we haven't done these tests in 3 weeks", (rather curtly). Well why does your system allow appointments then for these specific tests?? I have now wasted this time. Staff acted put out that I came in and questioned them? I simply asked for a manager's contact and I was told I was rude. I said I would wait outside until she located the information and within 2 minutes, she was asking for the next client to come back! (No information on her manager for me). I said I'm STILL within my appointment time and to please give me a managers contact. She took the next client back! FINALLY she reappeared with a scribbled contact. Of course after repeated attempts to contact this "regional manager".... NOTHING. Escalating now. What happened to professionalism and customer service?? Signed a medical professional myself.

This is still another modern day Jim crow 2.0 tactic that some companies allow their employees to get away with. I was at the walgreens on tuesday jan 3rd between the hours of 11;30 and 12:30pm. Their video will show me waiting on this Lady I believe they call Fay. After she finished with a customer, I wanted to ask her a question pertaining to a pick up order She ignored me more about 5 minutes until I had to wave at her to get her attention. Finally when she responded and I asked her did she work here and she said yes. So I proceeded to ask about the product. After asking her she turned and walked away without addressing my request. I ask the manager to address the product and he did and told me that the product was out of stock. So, I question him about her poor customer service and he said that he will speak with her. I believe that walgreens had already spoke to her base upon their company customer service policy when they hired her. So she clearly understand how to deal with customers. She just decided to ignore the policy based upon the color of my skin. So, if Walgreens continue to allow this person to go unchecked by giving her a prep talk and not some disciplinary action applied then you will know that this company is signing off on this racial profiling tactic.

Not recommended, one of the staff member at the counter took my savings coupon and said you will receive $5 reward in your next purchase, which I never did. She probably used it for herself. Walgreens should stop printing physical coupons and send only e-coupons.

I had a bad experience at the pharmacy because two of the ladies there were rude to me but after speaking with the manager I felt better. The worst experience was having their security in tight black pants and red shirts watching me the entire time I was at the pharmacy. They thought they were sneaky. When I was leaving the pharmacy both of them in tight black pants positioned themselves in the aisle I was in to size me up as I was walking out of the store. They should get better training on how observe customers without invading their shopping experience and be forced to wear bigger pants.

This is so sad we have waited 45 mins and the car hasn't moved. If it's not ready why let them just sit there.

The Labcorp at Walgreens at 3400 N Belt Line, Irving is the SINGULAR WORST lab we've ever visited. It is absolutely terrible in every regard for submitting lab samples. We went for a full panel. There is no greeting, no direction, the drawing room is a mess, the toilet is dirty, but above all the techs are outright hostile and grossly incompetent. They bungled up blood draws on 2 people in quick succession, requiring 911 to be called so EMTs could administer medical aid. In particular, the Black female tech present on the afternoon of September 6, 2022 clearly had no clue what she was doing and kept jabbing and poking and squirting blood all over - FOR BOTH ARMS. The two techs also were absolutely rude, distracted, and there was zero service of any kind. Absolutely terrible. I am considering suing for malpractice and distress. You're better off drawing blood yourself, than going to this hellhole. When we went to a regular Labcorp location, the tech said that "she was appalled at the state of the veins and clearly someone didn't know what they were doing". Absolutely disgraceful. The Manager of this Walgreens "Ricky N." was utterly useless in this regard as well. Overall, avoid this location like the plague.
