I have never been treated so poorly and disrespectfully in my entire life. I left your store not only in shock but in tears. Your pharmacist Martin, put the off duty sign up after I arrived in line, behind another car several minutes before closing. I politely honked the horn and they ALL walked past the window like I was NOTHING. Now it’s 8:00 pm. I drive around the building and get down, they are serving another customer. Every single employee had a crap look on their face, I’m sure because MARTIN is their leader. His energy and attitude is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND MISERABLE. I walk up and he says very hard and clearly irritated “we are closed”. I told him, very politely “I was in your line several minutes before close and you still put your sign up, I just need to pick up my prescription. He begins to argue “you were not in my line”. He then begins to embarrassingly ask other employees “did you see her in line?” One employee says “I think she was, I don’t know”. He continues “well I didn’t”. He continued to scold me by saying “you need to get to places earlier” also “you should be more considerate like I am when I visit restaurants and businesses”. I was so appalled. Instead of just checking me out which took less than two minutes, he was huffing and puffing. Making nasty faces and snide remarks. I apologized told him as an EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, i couldn’t imagine treating customers this way. I even grabbed a store employee and team lead and shared my experience. They were apologetic as they know me, i visit this location 3-5 times a week and spend lots of money. I will NOT STOP until I know this does not happen to another customer. This man does not need to work in a public place especially one that handles medication that HUMAN BEINGS trust Walgreens out of all other places to fill. He is NASTY and seems extremely MISERABLE. He even said “come on, come on, come on” while I was pulling my Drivers license out. Hateful man, I felt actually felt so sorry for, that I chose to stay calm, apologize to after being scolded and belittled when, I WAS NOT AT FAULT. Arriving in line before 8pm and being ignored is UNACCEPTABLE! Then to argue with me and gather your team to try and prove me wrong, like seriously what are you doing? What was that? Super weird, unnecessary and unprofessional!! UNPROFESSIONAL! Your team were rude too! Hateful looks on their faces! That behavior is learned from their leader!!!!! Retraining is NEEDED ASAP! We all work, i understand being ready to go home, but I’m here, it’ now 8:02 after pulling around parking and getting down, clearly tells you that I was in the driveway before 8pm and you were being HATEFUL PUTTING UP THAT SIGN! Just DO THE RIGHT THING! HIS TEAM knows he’s wrong, BUT DOES NOTHING! CONTINUINING THEIR RUDE, Faces when walking behind me, exiting the store. Gross! I’ve got out of my car in pajamas, already embarrassed, so Take care of your customer!! DO THE RIGHT THING!! You Sir are WRONG! Couldn’t even be rude back to you, and I could have been 150 times more rude than you! But truly felt sorry for your miserable, hateful character. I will Post this EVERYDAY, EVERYWHERE! You are super sad and treat people so badly. Shame on you. Kindness and compassion are something that you should work on! Walgreens he’s going to get you in trouble! SMH! Yikes! Martin you are MEAN! Shame on you!!

The pharmacists at this Pharmacy Town are caring and very helpful. They spend the extra time to provide personal service and to get you the best prices on your pharmacy needs. I highly recommend them.
Martin and his staff always provide level 5 great customer service.

This is my preferred store; I've never faced major issues with their service or pharmacy. Occasionally, they might be understaffed, leading to longer wait times in the photo area. Overall, you can expect good and prompt service.

I wish I could give a zero, I spent so many hours looking for the best products and added to my cart for pickup and you guys just easily cancel my order and say it's not available? I had around 5 items in my order and you couldn't fulfill a single one, very disappointing!! Declining Services!
