Janice is a lazy manager or boss or whatever she is. My wife and I went in at 9:30pm to pick up an Uber order. My wife asked to go to the restroom cause it needed a code.
Janice was very rude and had an attitude. She claims the restroom was out of order then proceeds to say "we are about to close" and "we are ready to go home"
How are you ready to go home and you can't go home till yall close which will be after 10pm? Seems very lazy. Wouldn't go back to this location cause of her.

The workers were very hospitable and they had an excellent variety of things to choose from in the store. I stopped by the pharmacy to get some medications and the pharmacist who assisted me was very kind and helped me with a smile.

The pharmacists are just absolutely awesome here. They take the time to help each customer, they’re extremely humble and just overall amazing at what they do. They care for their customers. I would like to specifically call out pharmacist Saiyed for his amazing customer service. He’s always available to help my parents with their RX needs. Thank you so very much for all that you do!

My family uses this location because of its proximity to our primary residence. This location (the pharmacy and staff)are rude, inattentive, and quite condescending. There is never a friendly tone in anyone's voice. I spent 10 minutes going back and forth on why I couldn't get a PCR test and I expressed the time it took for the pharmacist to argue with me is time that could have been spent doing the test. The staff that day were just as inept. They talked OVER Me. I've always had issues with this particular location and I usually tough it out. I'll be switching locations. Shitty customer service will make Me look elsewhere every time. I would not recommend this location there are others near here that have better customer services and experience

I sent my daughter to ATM to take out 100 dollars August 13, 2023.She then bought things with cash.The cashier returned to her fake money for change. It was a $10.How we knew is that the bank would not take the money. I'm pretty sure walgreens has the marker that marks the money to see if it was fake right?My daughter is tiny 14 year old so I'm guessing cashier wanted to get rid ofthe $10 and used my daughter to dispose of the money.Why do this? My daughter was at risk if she used the fake money she would of went to jail. Geez Walgreen!

Lady named Janice is very rude and disrespectful, I asked her a question about a coupon and completely ignored me and saw how horrible she was talking to other customers. I will be connecting with cooperate.

The manager of Name Janise is an arrogant, rude and very unpleasant person, companies should take more care of their image and be more selective with their workers since they are their image, terrible service and very bad taste I do not recommend that you come buy here They are going to have a bad experience.

I came in to purchase muscle/joint pain I was suffering from neck/back pain. I asked the cashier for advice on product she recommended. She explained she couldn't give me advice and said pharmacy opens up at 9am that wasn't the problem. I was in excruciating pain so obviously it was apparent in my facial gestures. As I'm walking away I hear the other cashier say I was mad and kept going on and on. As I come back to pay out she says I'm pasmado. That means stupid or d**** I chose not to engage with her because of the pain. She needs to be retrained or fired. It's the older lady with gray blonde hair.

Every time I order they cancel my entire order. Completely unprofessional staff and behavior. I will not spend another dime at this location and I hope you find some employees worth having on the company clock.

I wish I could rate the customer service by both cashiers at a minus 5 star!!! They were extremely rude and impatient! I'll never come back here!!
