This Walgreens location has many great employees who are polite, quick, helpful, and go above and beyond for customers. The store is generally clean with well-kept and organized aisles and restrooms. However, experiences at the pharmacy are mixed. While some staff are recognized for being decent and knowing customers by name, others have been described as rude. A significant point of frustration is the pharmacy drive-thru, where the closure of a second lane leads to very long and painful wait times. Customers strongly suggest going inside the store if there are more than two or three vehicles in line, as it is often quicker. The store can get busy, making parking difficult to find on some days. Additionally, the presence and behavior of the security team, noted for their attire and close observation, has made some customers feel uncomfortable and that their shopping experience was invaded.
Their bathrooms are locked, so it was very inconvenient for me to go ask an employee to go open it for me when I really needed to go! Plus, they only had 1 cashier checking out everyone, and there was a long line to make my purchase. I had to wait a long time to check out. So I won’t be returning to Walgreens anymore.
